The service is consistently poor. Employees talking to each other and discussing hours and shifts ,,, etc. while customers stand and wait to be helped. I have been here many many times. I like the coffee. I am rarely greeted or feel like employees are focused on customers.

I come here a lot and prefer it over anywhere else in town! The customer service is typically 10/10 and the drinks are always great. There can be a wait sometimes but I don't think it's from anything other than people loving this place. Employees are always hustling and rarely make mistakes.

This place is great. The staff is friendly and can crank a your caffeine fix in a fast and delicious way. They have a rewards program that'll get every eleventh beverage free of charge. I'm a fan of the Carmel macchiato, but most often get a white mocha frappe double blended as to make it extra smooth and creamy. Pull up to the drive through, place your order, and, barring an abnormally long line, be back on the road with your treat in hand.

For a local coffee shop, Higher Ground is great. Their menu isn't extensive, but they can put together special off-menu requests (e.g., build a croissant breakfast sandwich, custom coffee order, etc). The staff is friendly, and is quick to help, even when there is a long line. On our most recent visit, we tried their scones and breakfast sandwiches. Their iced house blend coffee is one of my faves. The Martin location is kinda small, though, and is attached to a market, which detracts a little from the atmosphere. Otherwise, it's an excellent place to get good coffee.

Exceptional service and incredibly helpful staff insights. The ambiance suffers a bit because of the its grocery setting. Overall, the coffee was good and a nice medium roast; however, a true light roast is not available. A great option!!

Very cute coffee shop with good eats to compliment. Manager Stacie was great to work with in accommodating a larger carryout order. Her staff were very friendly! The food was delicious and I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quick brunch bite. We are truly appreciative of this location's staff and management!

You may have to wait a little bit to get your specialty drink, but the options are unlimited. I don't know how they remember ALL the steps for EVERY special drink. Or when someone orders 20 drinks through the drive thru window. True specialty coffee. Not your fast food order coffee drinks. One of my favs is the chocolate caramel truffle frappe. The danishes, muffins, scones, and desserts are delicious too!
