Cute coffee spot, clean, lots of seating and couches to get comfy.Baristas where efficient getting the orders in, we passed by at a busy morning.Good cup of coffee, I'll try more drinks if I'm passing by the area.

This gets a big OK from me. Not awful but nothing to rave about. I probably wouldn't return because not only did it take me 10 minutes to get my latte, but it was super sweet and hard to drink. I drank about half of it before I gave up. It did keep me warm for awhile.... Long enough to get me to the next coffee shop.

I met a friend at this establishment for a conversation. I ordered the chicken salad, and we shared two macaroons. The food was tasty, the premises were clean, and the staff was both friendly and efficient.

I was traveling through town and stopped by to get a good basic coffee. They were nice and got it fast. There were some unique wall hangings, so good ambience. I think the hours of the place looked good, even though that doesn't effect me. Good short stop for coffee, and got back on the road traveling! Will keep this in mind next time I drive through.

This is the very best coffee shop in West TN. Nothing else compares. I wish they would branch out to dyer county.

The coffee is delicious.. I have actually recommended this place to some of my friends and some people I used to work with. The service is always great I always look forward to going there to get my coffee. The atmosphere is amazing to as soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with a hello.

I read the reviews of Higher Ground online from my hotel and stopped in before I left town. So glad I did. I had a double expresso with cream and sipped on it all the way to Jackson. It was excellent. I also dropped off a cinnamon roll to my relative in Obion, she loved it. Great coffee, food, atmosphere and a friendly, efficient staff. I'll be back.

I walked in the building with my friend and sat down while I was waiting to have my money sent to me it was all great then but when I went to order it was a different story. They didn't say a word to me at most they asked what I want they didn't ask "what would you like" or anything similar to that. Terrible customer service they didn't talk to meFood is greatThe place looks cool

taking a long time to check me out in drive thru and can't even remember my order just walking by me and not even noticing me needs better service

Coffee was great barista was very nice and helpful took a little while to get coffee but it was busy at the time the atmosphere was just your average coffee shop
