High Point Pub

I will keep coming back again and again! **you can order pizza next door and they will bring it to you in the bar**. Staff are the sweetest and regulars are so friendly. Beer and seltzer only, but they are priced great. Shuffle board on the side. LOVE this place!!!!

I'm not an alcohol drinker, but I visited this pub for its annual Chili Cook Off. While there I got to meet many of the "regulars" and some of the owners.I was told the Pub sells beer only, so if you want something stronger you need to bring it yourself. It is very small, but very warm, friendly, and inviting. There are 4 flat screen TV's for watching sports or whatever, and a game table. The people who attend there often all told me they love the place, and it is a popular hang out dive bar in the neighborhood.

Friendliest neighborhood bar I've ever been to! They learn your name right away and make you feel right at home. You can order pizza from the pizza shop next door and they'll bring it right over to enjoy in the pub. There's a pretty large selection of beer and you can get peanuts too. Definitely check them out the next time you're in the neighborhood.

Nice dive. Nice folks, cold beer. And, pretty good crawfish boil when I was there.

Super tiny neighborhood bar. When I say tiny I mean you and a small group of friends can fill the place up. They have cold beer and a shuffleboard table. Good jukebox. Can be really fun on the right nights.

A favorite amongst residents in the High Point Terrace area of East Memphis, High Point Pub will barely fit about 25 or so people in the whole joint, yet its neighborhood proximity and simple charm (not to mention the cheap beer) keeps the joint alive and kicking. Small but oddly cool, High Point Pub may not have a lot of room to mill about, but it does have a mighty fine beer selection to quench your thirst. One of the best kept secrets in town, visit the place that is proud to be one of the smallest bars in Memphis and figure out yourself why the Pub is the place to be in High Point.

VERY small pub in High Point Terrace. It offers cold beer, a real juke box, and a shuffleboard table. Nice people with large patio/breezeway, CASH ONLY.

A cool neighborhood pub with a great beer selection, awesome staff, and legendary owner and patrons. Also tons of TVs relative to the size. Stop in for a beer, it's a fun place

This place is awesome but please stay away, it's crowded enough as it is.The beer is inexpensive and the service is welcoming. I was worried since this place is smaller and tucked away that it would be only a hangout spot for a group of older neighborhood guys, and that's how they want to keep it (looking at you, old now-closed cigar store on Mendenhall). But everyone was nice, I had a short conversation with some guys who at least acted like they were there in some official capacity and they urged me to come back soon.

Awesome place for an awesome neighborhood! Cold beer, very welcoming. Pretty fun place to meet up with a group of neighborhood friends, especially when it's warm outside. Got a friend that lives close, just walk no need to drink and drive!
