Service was great. Food was DELICIOUS! Great music playing while we ate. Will be back again.

Didn't get past the host stand. First we were hit with the off putting smell of oldoil. Approached the counter and asked about a menu. The guy said nothing but pointed to the QR code. Fine. Couldn't get enough reception to pull up the menu so we asked for the wifi password. The guy shrugged. Didn't really have any options but to leave, at that point. Again, the guy at the front couldn't have cared less.

Customer service was excellent. Slug was very friendly very helpful. The food was excellent. My husband loved. Iwill definitely be returning. My husband had the hot fish. My daughter recommended it was very tasty . Also, the atmosphere was very inviting.

My absolute go to hot chicken place ! They have redone the inside and it's so chill and relaxing !

My wife and I tried this place for the first time. I think the flavor was as expected but these paper thin filets leaves something to be desired. I really wanted to enjoy this but unfortunately didn't in this case. Honestly don't know if there will be a next time for me

The food has became terrible. That is when they have what you're asking for. Been sick since last night after having gizzards. Customer service is horrible. Staff are very unfriendly. It looks closed. Dark tinted windows. No hours of operation posted. Strange place.

Came here to pick up dinner on a Saturday night and the wait was around 15 minutes from ordering to getting my food. The place was busy with in person orders and delivery service orders so 15 min was actually quite fast. I got the chicken quarter hot and 3 wings mild with cole slaw and fried okra.The chicken quarter was the perfect amount of spic that had flavor but wasn't overbearing, it was juicy and crunchy. The wings were flavored well and hearty. Compared to my experience with Prince's dry wings, these blew them out of the water.The okra could've been seasoned a bit more in my opinion but were still tasty. The cole slaw was more vinegar than mayo which I really enjoyed!Overall a great Nashville hot chicken experience!

Let me tell you this chicken is the juiciest and most flavorful chicken I've ever had. The food is definitely made with experience and expertise. I've had this plate plenty of times and it's always consistent and fresh !!! Please give them some love .

I have been to a couple of Helen's locations and this by far is the cleanest and quickest to get food. I was able to walk straight in and get food. The drinks as always is AMAZING!!!! As far as the chicken I got lemon pepper V wings and they were really good. The fries are not the best. But nobody loves soggy fries. Overall will definitely be back.

If you are traveling through, get off the freeway and grab some chicken and fish at Helen's! Great food, friendly service.
