The food was really good, except for the green beans (way too much salt!). The services was fantastic. The restaurant is nice inside. This is probably the best and nicest restaurant in Columbus. 4 of us had dinner and everyone was happy with their food.

From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm smiles and attentive service. Our server, Marti Irene, was exceptional. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and her recommendations were spot on.We started our meal with the broccoli bites, a surprisingly delightful appetizer that was the perfect prelude to the main course. The star of the show, however, was the ribeye. It was cooked to perfection, tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Every bite was a pure indulgence.The overall ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, creating the ideal setting for a memorable dining experience. We cannot recommend Harvey's highly enough!Five stars across the board!

This was truly a wonderful southern experience. The food was terrific and the service stellar. I had the shrimp and grits Folks with me had the ribeye and other delicacies. We all were very impressed by the food. This is a favorite place among the locals and I understand why.

In Columbus visiting a friend and we went to Harveys for his belated birthday dinner. I haven't been to this area in over 30 years so I wanted to eat local. We had reservations and were seated as soon as we checked in. Inside is cozy. It has a warm feel to it based on all the wood features. It's a great spot for a romantic dinner or somewhere to go with friends/family. Our server was nice but he was super busy due to the lack of employees present. But he did a good job. He even apologized for not being as attentive as he would have liked. I ordered the honey pepper salmon, which came with wild rice and asparagus. I subbed broccoli for the asparagus and due to a special they were running, I was able to get a side Caesar salad as well. My salmon was delicious! It had a slight kick but the filet was not dried out and I had plenty of the honey pepper sauce to float some of the rice in. The rice was good but it was made better due to the sauce. The broccoli was blah. I love broccoli and this was a let down. I should have stuck with the asparagus. The food and service is enough to have me return if I make it back to Columbus.

Should you find yourself in Starkville for travels or football excursions, take the time and enjoy a meal of their Blackened Catfish with Crawfish Cream topping. It was recommended by the very lovely Shaylyn and should she be your server, you will not be disappointed.

Great Atmosphere & Good Food. Highly Recommend the Broccoli bites and the 1817 Harvey's Ale!! The Prime Rib was too fatty for my taste (see photo), but the other half was delicious. The 16oz was truly only 8-10oz edible. The Ribeye was perfectly cooked and the loaded bake potato was perfect-- asparagus a little cold and not very tasteful. Our server was wonderful and friendly and we were greeted by a manager while we had our lunch. Overall 4 out of 5, we will be back to try much more items! Recommend!!

We were in town to take our daughter and young pilot in training to dinner. Reservation on a Sunday night. Nice looking place. Good parking. Quickly seated. Waiter got our waters and drink order. Ordered a couple appetizers, crawfish pimento cheese and broccoli bites, were good. Ribeye and grits were tasty, as well as other food at the table, but was lukewarm. Food would have been great if it was hot and fresh out of the kitchen. Ok, but would not recommend.

The food is to be honest" the salmon is on another level, i really did not have a taste" for salmon, but its really top notch you can tell the chefs really care about the quality of food thats coming out the ambience is cozy the service that Cade gave us" was on point..
