Harbor Town Pharmacy

Yesterday was my first time learning of and using Harbor Town Pharmacy. The staff are great. Knowledgeable, very friendly, and helpful. I had been calling all over Memphis looking for medication for my son that was backordered from the manufacturer. I called Harbor Town, and they had it in stock. I had my son's nurse call in the prescription and within 2 hours, I received a text it was ready to be picked up. When I got there to pick it up, the associate remembered me call. They will now be my go-to pharmacy. The personal touch is top notch.

The absolute best pharmacy. Madison always goes above and beyond any pharmacy in the downtown- midtown area. Actually, the best pharmacy in Memphis! They will deliver your medicine to your doorstep. She has even stayed after closing for me to pick up prescriptions. She takes care of her patients and is able to get anything that is needed. Please support local businesses!

This independent pharmacy is convenient and helpful. The online app made ordering my prescriptions easy and the staff was kind and helpful. I get all my prescriptions from this pharmacy now and can trust that they will always be ready on time.

I love their individualized customer service. They know you by name, fill your prescriptions promptly. Great communication with client and physicians. They treat you like a human and no job is ever too small for them. Their pricing is absolutely competitive with the big chain pharmacies and often lower. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They are extremely rude, disrespectful, and not willing to help. They do not let you finish a sentence without interrupting you first, and do not own up to any mistakes or errors they have made. I have had my prescription called in 4x in a month and they still keep finding a way to screw it up and not have it filled. After all of the trouble I have had at this pharmacy, I am switching to one further away solely so I do not have to continue to be disrespected every time I step foot in there.
