Technically vegetarian but forgot the vegetables.

Food was sooo good. Service was excellent. Drink was mixed perfectly. The place was clean and appealing.

I'd heard rave reviews about how fun this spot was... in all honesty it was more about the vibe than the food. Came for a solo dolo dinner, got there maybe around 6:30pm on a Friday. I was seated right away in a booth. The restaurant was definitely abuzz with a lot of tables and seats at the bar occupied. They have a top shelf jumbo margarita on Fridays, which of course I had to get. They serve chips and salsa as well once you are seated. I also ordered the shrimp quesadilla - no peppers. OK... let's analyze each one. For me, the chips were much too greasy, like the oil was glistening on them the whole evening. The quesadilla at first glance looked more like a taco to me with all the bits oozing out of the tortilla, but I decided to go on and see whether it tasted better than it looked. Y'all, I have NEVER seen anyone put tomatoes inside of a quesadilla! It made the tortilla so soggy I had to eat it with knife and fork. And everyone knows food tastes better when you eat with your hands! The shrimp was really nothing to write home about either. The quesadilla was nothing like I'd ever had before... and not in a good way. The margarita is what moves this review from a 2-start to a 3-star experience. IT. WAS. OUTSTANDING. Now they really could have wiped off the glass so it wasn't so sticky (me being nit picky, maybe but other places get this right so I don't think it's too much to ask). But anyway, first sip and I said to myself "self? we gonna feel real good when this drink is done!" Sure enough, I was absolutely "feeling good" with only one of those margs! The food here is probably on the lowest tier of Mexican food I've ever had (and I've had A LOT), but they definitely know how to make a good margarita. So if not for anything else, I would definitely recommend their top shelf margarita!

I wish I could give less than one star. This is one of the worst restaurants ever. The service was as bad as the food. I left the so-called waiter a dollar trip. I hope he got the message. Take my advice Taco Bell is much better.

This is a good spot for some affordable tasty drinks. The service is ok. You get a large amount of food. I got the super burrito for about $13 and I was definitely full. Could have took some home.The drinks are very good and are inexpensive. The place has daily specials on drinks. The liquor they use is of good quality. You can usually get a jumbo margarita for $9.

Decent food, but this place felt more like a nightclub (DJ was blasting music) and people were singing. Couldn't have a conversation with our table. That being said, if that's what you're looking for great - but if you want a chill Mexican place this may not be it.

Ordered dip and vegetarian nachos (jalapeños and mushrooms) thru Uber eats. Half the dip ended up in the bag, the tortillas were not included with the order, and the nachos were chips and cheese (no mushrooms or jalapeños). I would give the restaurant a 0 if possible.

The food was amazing and our waitress was excellent, but the place is NOT handicapped accessible (steps at the door) so we had to carry my son and his wheelchair up the curb and the steps. Once inside, the music was incredibly loud and quite inappropriate (MFr this and N-word that). Definitely not what one expects in a Mexican restaurant (or any restaurant that claims to be family friendly). When I asked another waitress about turning it down, she said she couldn't because it was a Friday night, like that make a difference. I then asked for to go boxes because i didn't think this was appropriate for my son to hear she told me I wasn't her table so she couldn't help me. I spoke with the manager, who did in fact turn the music down. He must have said something to the snippy waitress, because she came to the table and slammed down some to go boxes for us, then she went to the bartender and started talking about us, because they were both staring at our table (yes, I know it was our table because counting us, there were only 3 tables occupied in the whole place). As we headed out, she stared right at me and cranked the music back up, giving us a snarky look. I wished her the day she deserved, and we carried my son and his wheelchair back down the steps. Even though we had to wait to eat until we were back at our Airbnb, the food was still great. I feel sorry for our waitress. She seemed too sweet to work with people like that. Maybe next time we come to Memphis we'll just stick with BBQ.

We were there yesterday for lunch. There was four other parties of people eating here beside us and a few take out orders. The customer services is excellent because there were no customers in the restaurant. The food came out fast and cooked okay. They gave large portion size and three was nothing nothing else about the food. Not sure why they were not busy but maybe they need to work on being more friendly and smile like a happy Mexican.
