Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant

Soggy quesadilla. Waited ten minutes for our drinks. Girlfriend got her food in a decent amount of time. Twenty minutes later I'm sitting here wondering where mine is. No drink refills. Had to hunt down our waitress to get refills, ask where my food is, and ask for a replacement quesadilla as my girlfriends plate is a watery mess of rice beans and soggy tortilla and spinach. Still waiting on my food, even after her replacement quesadilla arrived. Employees scrambling around. Go to las molcajetes instead. This place is a huge disappointment. Management needs to get it together.

The teens in my family look forward to being treated to dinner at "Guad". They have remodeled on the inside and it is roomy and has comfortable seating. My experiences with them is that they always greet at the front door. Someone comes right on and takes our drink order and ask us if we are ready to place our order. With teens, we always have to ask for a few minutes so they can get their orders together. We always receive our food in a few short minutes. I've been going here for years an I've never had to send food back. The restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is always calm. The bathroom is clean and stocked well with paper towels, tissue and hand soap. Getting to go to "Guad" to eat is a treat for us. The employees make it worth the time and money we spend. I'd definitely recommend them to others and would feel confident they will have a great experience as well. The food is awesome!

Never had an issue with the restaurant. Always was treated with respect, and dignity. Actually befriended some of the waitresses. Awesome job, would recommend to anyone.

I was looking forward to eating here. The young lady that served us was good. Service was prompt and food came out fast and hot. I ordered a jumbo Lime Margarita expecting it to be on he rocks but it was frozen. It was good and strong. My husband had a 32oz draft. Their drink prices are awesome and they were as good as expected. Unfortunately, my Chile Verde was awful. Presentation was mediocre and the amount of salt was horrendous. No taste or heat to the Verde all I could taste was salt. After 3 bites I asked the server to send it back. She did with a smile and apologized and asked if I wanted to see the menu but I said no thanks and my husband shared his Molcajetes, fish, shrimp & chicken, and it was good but not much in flavor( a little heavy again in the salt). The server removed the Chile Verde from our check which I appreciated. It's also very loud in the room we dined in off the bar. Children were loud and a group of 4 men finishing up their dinner and drinks were loud as well raising the noise level of children near by. I would have given 5 for the service and drinks alone but the heavy handed salt and noise level I have to give this a 3.

This place is great and I'm already looking forward to going back again. The chips were warm and salsa was spicy but not too hot. I ordered the lunch chicken fajitas and received a very generous portion which tasted as good as it looked. The service was good and the waitress was friendly.

Good food. Salsa was very tasty. Margarita was great, they don't hold back. Had the street tacos (chicken), very good. Only gave it 4 stars because waitress didn't come back & refill chips. Also, I asked for a glass of water & never received it. Food was yummy!

Watered down drinks. Knock off top shelf liquor. Getting skimpy on orders. Check out your Togo order before you leave. They skim on the food

Overpriced with small plates, I ordered bbq nachos supposedly a full plate but it had maybe 14 chips and 2 bites of meat, along with a forced gratuity on a party of 4. On the menu was $11.99 and the total was $20.50. Avoid this business

by far the best around awesome atmosphere pleasent,when i enter building owners wife call me by my name which really make me feel welcomed the drinks are awesome as well if you looking for a place to turn up "guad is the place to be"

REALLY good Mexican food and this from a Texan! We always try to find Guadalajara when we're in this part of the country. We love our Mexican food and this is right up there with the best. Great margaritas, chips & salsa and super good food!! And all this for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place!!
