Sad day that this place doesn't get more love! Great small town restaurant with good food and drinks!

So once again, I'm disappointed on Mexican food in this area. I've cooked at several California Mexican restaurants when I was starting out. It's about idiot proof for most. Daughter was waitress, but didn't seem like she wanted to be there. Portion size wasn't par. I guess biggest disappointment was my chille relleno. It was obviously premade and reheated. Rellenos are made with egg whites whipped. Come out fluffy. This was dence and shrunk. I would give 2 and a half stars. But really not worth writing home about. This seems to be common in this area. If you never had real good Mexican food? How could you compare. If I could make better at home? Why go out. A restaurant needs to strive to be better, or the best. I was really surprised to hear they have been there 15 years. Maybe the cook gave up.

We came here after being ignored at Momma Mea's. We were barely in our seats before we had chips and salsa and our drink orders taken. The food was prompt and good with one minor setback. I didn't realize they add onions to their chicken as it's not the norm at most Mexican restaurants we frequent and it wasn't listed on the menu with the other ingredients. When I opened my chicken taco, it was more of an onion taco with a hint of chicken. But, the reason they get four stars is once I brought it to their attention, they promptly made me a delicious chicken and cheese only taco. We will definitely come back when in the area.

Service is awesome. Food is good Mexican food. Fajitas are my favorite. Local family owned.

We eat here occasionally. The food is good. They are generous with chips and salsa. We've always had quick, friendly service.

Being the only MEX around this area its not to bad. The food was good ( not Great ) but really no complaints. It was clean, service was good. Chips and salsa was good to. Plus the only place to get a good hot meal and a cold beer within a 30 min drive.

Place was pretty good! Compared to some Mexican restaurants back home not as good but certainly worth a stop. I'll be in again. Didn't have beers on tap but decent selection of Mexican bottle beers- tecate, dos Equis, corona, etc. got fish tacos which were very good, 3 for 8.99 thought was reasonable. Friendly service.

It's ok. Husband didn't like the nachos but fajitas were ok. He said wasn't worst he ever had. But wasn't great Two beers and food was $32

Not good food!!! Horrible service. Ordered deep fried ice cream and the manager brought it out not deep fried saying they turned the fryer off, but didn't say anything ! Taco Bell has more "Mexican" food then they do ..they didn't even know real Mexican food was like chili verde....
