Groovy Gratitude

my very first time stopping by groovy gratitude was during their day of gratitude where they had a day full of gratefulness. there were yoga sessions, pilates sessions, love djs, community vendors, and a beautiful journaling session byVictoria beforehand at muggin coffeehouse which is right up the street.i now stop by when i'm craving this deliciously panini'd honey bacon grilled cheese sandwich.i love it here. the design, the energy, the health-first initiatives, and the consistency. there hasn't been a time i've entered and there weren't smiling faces ready to greet you. get you some!!

Close to the freeway and the convention center, in a quiet and quaint neighborhood, we were greeted by the owners Alicia and Marquis and introduced to their offerings of fresh juices, smoothies, fruits, paninis, and wraps.The decor was compatible with its mission of healthy eating. The music was indeed groovy. "Caribbean Queen" anyone? The bathroom was clean! There's even a kids activity table.Our order of paninis, chips, and juice was delicious. The owners also manage the coffee shop down the street, so we decided to pop in there after our meal.I highly recommend this place and we plan to come again when we visit Memphis.

I've been here a couple of times! I always try something new! This place is really good and it so cute inside! I haven't tried the food but the juices and smoothies are top tier! The workers are really nice and very knowledgeable about their products. Def you should check them out

Best toasted sandwiches in DOWNTOWN!! Best freshly pressed juice in DOWNTOWN!!I love supporting locals, however I do it because I love their service, food, and they welcome our fur baby.

I'm passing through on my drive from Los Angeles to Nashville and was craving a good smoothie, Groovy Gratitude did not disappoint! They green juice was so good and the smoothie was great. The owners and the lady working at the front were the nicest people great place
