Grizz Grill

Stopped here waiting for my flight - was in the mood for wings and saw that they had them on the menu. This was a typical airport style ordering system where you order via QR code on the table and go from there. The seating area was cool with Grizzlies decor around. The service was fine and the wings were good. The fries weren't anything amazing but they were basic fries with a pretty good seasoning on them (didn't need any condiments with them). All in all I don't understand the super low rating for these guys. I had zero issues, the service was good and the food was fine. It's an airport restaurant, so if you're expecting a super high quality 5-star experience, you're just setting yourself up to be disappointed. I would go here again.

Forced to eat at the airport we searched for the best option (with a bar). The Grizz has a full bar, plenty of sports options on the TV's and nice service.They have local beers and most spirits and a decent bar menu.I went with their double burger with brisket and wiz which was good by airport standards and the crispy swet fries were perfection.Moni went with their Salmon Cobb, which was good by bar standards.This is a great choice for dealing with all the recent flight delays if stuck in Memphis.Taste ****Quality/Freshness ***Presentation/Uniqueness ***Service *****Atmosphere ****Bar ****Cleanliness ***Value ***

Asked for a draft beer, but keg was out. No big deal, just got a beer in a can. Unfortunately it was warm. Got a salad to start. Iceberg lettuce was fine. Darker greens were black and slimey. Ordered ribs next. They were tough and inedible.

Absolutely the worst airport grill/bar I've had the misfortune to try to eat at in all my travels. Ordered a burger from their QR code menu. It REQUIRED me to add bacon as a $3 "optional extra". I paid, and it had added $3.50 for a compulsory coffee. Five minutes later my unfriendly waiter tells me that they don't serve burgers in the morning. Thing is, he also tells me there's a) no way to tell that from the menu and b) he can't refund me without a receipt... which still hasn't shown up three hours later in my email. So now I sit for 15 minutes waiting for a manager to come and refund me... except she can't without my email receipt. After another 5 minutes she agrees to refund based on taking a photo of my credit card charge. Avoid at all costs.

Fraudulent tip charged - make sure to keep your receipt I'm unable to reach restaurant

I'm not giving this bar any stars I was in here last Sunday February 16th 2025 and one of the waiters the young one with the dreads made an unauthorized charge on my card and then straight up lied to me about it told me that the first charge didn't take anyway son of a bitch ended up stealing $20 off my card so I would not eat here if you do use cash cuz they will steal your shit

They got rid of the wonderful pancakes!!!! This place was great I visited Everytime I was leaving Memphis... Never again.

The waiter/bartender was extremely rude. With QR codes posted telling you to scan to place your order, and no one coming to take care of me, i scanned the QR code and followed the instructions. He then rudely berated me for being impatient and "messing with his system". Unreal response.

Ordered the cheeseburger and asked for the impossible patty as a substitute (was listed on the menu as a $1.50 upgrade). Waitress was confused but put the order in. When my food came out it was literally the bun w/ lettuce, tomato & onion. I told the waitress the patty was missing, when she finally understood what I actually wanted she said they didn't have that, just beef. So, I ordered a salad instead and it was pretty lack luster. Incorrect menu & awkward service...just go somewhere else.
