The Frozen Yogurt is really good. Unfortunately, there is an extremely off putting odor of sour milk and/or nasty trash cans when you open the door. Friendly advice for the owners:Air Fresheners Clean the Garbage Cans (empty and bleach them)Wash the overflow trays on the Yogurt machines regularly Mop with bleach at the end of each day. Prop the doors open to get fresh air in the business and to let the stench out!

I use to always come here as a kid with my father, it's a great place that I've made some good memories in. The frozen yogurt is wonderful and the staff is usually great. The reviews I saw said that it had a "musty oder" and "disgusting" environment did not make sense to me because the smell of delicious yogurt has not really changed since I was a kid. It's just an overall great place to take your kids or yourself for some good frozen yogurt. Only downside is it's expensive, but most frozen yogurt shops are because you pay by weight. Overall it's a good place to go if you want some yogurt

Never have any complaints about visiting this yogurt places. I always liked coming here because it was nice and calming environment. Giving place a negative star for now, and I always came here but I will not be going anymore.However, for reference the date that I went June 12, 2024 around 5:18 pm. I was there getting my yogurt and was at the topping center. I started hearing a strange noise behind the counter like a nail clipper. I heard a nail clipper and thought I was mistaking the noise to something related to the ice cream machines. But I was stunned to realize that the employee behind the counter she was older lady was clipping her nails, not just her nails. Her toe nails, she had her foot on her leg and was clipping her nails. I still proceed to buy my ice cream but wanted to just ask for a refund. I was shock that she was clipping her TOE NAILS behind the topping counters, and then she came out with a broom and sweeping it up. Very unsanitary, please owners talk to employee about sanitation and how it is important to not do things.Customers consider another place

This place is filthy. The health dept should be called. I tried to dispense some yogurt and black mold came out. I was horrified and left. Kids eat this stuff and that could make them very sick. Clean up this place! You should be closed down. Don't let your kids eat here, EVER!!

I like this place BUTT every time I go this place smell bad. It has some type of musty odor. I'm not trying to be funny but it smells like BUTT. Please fix this problem

Ever wanted to go somewhere that hasn't been touched or cleaned since at least 2016? Look no further than Gracie Bleu. Smells awful when you walk in and there is visible dirt everywhere, but the ambience is unmatched. I really miss self serve froyo places, and this place transports you all the way to 2016. Are the flavors good? No! But this place offers an experience that can't be replicated.

This place is AWFUL. Dirty. Rude workers. Icecream machines always broken or half out of the wall. Showed up and HOUR before closing, and workers had already left the shop and closed up. I take my friends/family to this place and have loved it since i was a kid. NEVER returning to this god awful facility.

Overpriced serve yourself frozen yoghurt with lots of toppings. Not all spigots working. Sorry but no atmosphere

Stopped here a few weeks ago. Smells bad inside and dimly lit. The toppings looked old and like they had not been changed out in some time. Highly recommend NOT coming here unless you enjoy foul smells while eating ice cream.
