Gourmade

I recently just tried Gourmade for the first time while at Wiseacre for a beer. The couple in the truck were super kind and quick.I got the lobster mac and cheese sandwich which was phenomenal. It was packed full so much that when you took a bite it would fall out (good thing in my book). The price was super fair in my opinion. I've seen others charge $$$ for anything with seafood/lobster. Fries are decent! I would get them again in a heartbreak if I cross paths with them again

Ok ok ok really quick the Gourmade Burger is off top one of the BEST burgers I have ever had in my life.I recently judged the Best Memphis Burger competition and sadly to say this burger was NOT in it. I think this burger goes toe toe with the grand champion Elboe burger! After a brief conversation with Jared (owner ) about the event he told me that someone else that judged the competition said that he actually had the best burger in Memphis so I had to see for myself....This amazing thick juicy double patty burger with Gourmade aioli sauce, white cheddar cheese, a peppered green, butterd pickles and pickled red onion (which I admittedly took off because onions make me gag) sorry if that was tmi. But this burger was cooked perfectly and the seasoning was just outstanding with flavor and the brioche bun that was soft but yet firm enough to hold everything together. You know why I'm here... GRILLED MAC AND CHEESE! I visited Gourmade again and was blown away for a second time. The lady in the window was incredibly nice and patient with everyone despite the heat and long line. I think I detected a slight giggle when I made it to the front of the line and practically leapt with joy when ordering my grilled mac and cheese sandwich, but who wouldn't jump for such a cheesy, gooey, carb overload?I can't recommend the mac and cheese enough and luckily, it comes on many of the dishes. Oh, and save room for their desserts. I watched more than a few people devour their banana pudding while waiting in line. Yeah, I saw you!

The Salmon BLT. The Salmon BLT. The Salmon BLT. Every single time I see a salmon BLT on the menu, I try it. Usually, I'm terribly disappointed. However this place got it right. Absolutely, positively, right! The bacon was a wonderful quality And was just enough to cover the entire salmon patty. The garlic aioli was not overpowering, rather a complement to the sandwich. I can't wait to eat here again!

Oh man! Definitely one of the best things I ate this weekend. The Gourmade truck was over at Wiseacre for their Octoberfest party so we went to give it a try. MAC AND CHEESE SANDWICHES????? Why have I never thought of that?! What was even more mind-blowingly amazing was the pulled pork that was thrown in - yes, grilled pulled pork mac and cheese sandwich. It is as delicious as it is ludicrous sounding.I will definitely be coming back to have a go at their other offerings.

This is a great food truck. If you only get one thing I would go for the grilled mac and cheese sandwich OMG so good.

Last night was my second night eating the Gourmade's fare, both times when they were set up outside of Wiseacre Brewery. Last night, they were out of Mac n Cheese, which sort of interrupted my Gourmade style. See, I was a fan of that Mac N Cheese, which they serve on all manner of sandwiches and fries (because everybody knows you need MORE carbs with Mac n Cheese).The lady taking orders is really friendly and happy to give suggestions, and patient when you're embarassed by the riches of choice. I think you basically can't go wrong here, but be aware when you walk up to the truck that you're not going to find anything particularly "light" or "healthy." My husband waxed poetic over the burger last night, and I was also happy with my salmon sandwich, which was not at all sketchy despite being seafood from a food truck.YUMYUMYUMYUM!!!

I first taste Gourmade Food a my best friend wedding. Every since I tried to promote their business by getting them to our employee luncheon. After three tries and actually speaking with someone I have given up. They did not show up to our first luncheon. I tried to give them a second and third try and was unsuccessful. I think it is complete asinine and morally reprehensible that one has a business and does not return phone calls, emails, or text. Smh DO NOT book them for any function. They will not show up and you will be left embarrassed.

Such nice smiley people then a DELICIOUS Ox Tail Burger and crispy fries. 10/10. 5 stars. So. Good.

I had the grilled salmon sandwich with bacon It is a large thick salmon filet. The bacon and fish were both cooked perfectly. The price at 10.00 may seem high but this is a nice portion and worth the price. Service was friendly and made to order with about a 10 min wait from order to pick up.
