At in the drive thru for ten minutes. No greeting, could not even take the time to tell me that they were busy and were closing in ten minutes. Finally she acknowledges that I'm there, just to tell me that they just turned off the fryers and they were closed. Unprofessional, rude, and piss poor customer service.

Bad try good wings. The chicken strips were dry, and the fries cold with zero ketchup. My hot wings were completely with out sauce of any kind.

Just barely warm food, bad fries, fish may or may have not been cooked on the same day... Coleslaw is good, tea is fine...I really wanna like this place, but I've had it twice now and doubt I'll give it a third go... I'd rather wait a couple more minutes for fresh hot food then the quick turn at the window to only receive slightly above room temp food, that's most likely been prepared a day ahead of time...

Yooooo this chicken is delicious. Juicy tenders, the hot buffalo wings were amazing. Somehow hot enough to make us sweat but not the kind of hot where it isn't flavorful. The tea was good, the fries and roll I'll pass on next time. Fried pickles were awesome.

I regularly order from Goodwings because I love the food. I picked up dinner yesterday at 4:50pm, and 30 mins later I arrived home and realized I was given the wrong order. It was too late to drive back or call due to their 5pm closing. I returned today for the food I did not receive. The girl who served me remembered and announced to the cook that this was the order messed up from yesterday. I received my missing items but was told, per the mgr, the next time I realize I have the wrong order I need to return the food or call them . I asked how I was supposed to do that since Goodwings had closed? The girl responded that she didn't know. So I requested to speak to the Manger. Mgr. Wendy let me know that she was still there after closing. I didn't know the phone was answered after hours or I would have called. Mgr. Wendy was more concerned about me not returning the food I was wrongly handed instead of apologizing to me for the mistake. I offered to retrieve the wrong food from my home to which she replied it was too late? Would Mgr. Wendy have served the food after I took it home and opened it? I finally received a sarcastic apology only after I brought it to Mgr. Wendy's attention that nobody had even bothered to apologize to me for my trouble. By no means was I trying to profit from one's error but it never occurred to me to drive the food back to the CLOSED business (would I leave it at the door with a note?) or even the following day, I just wanted the $60 of food that I paid for. Needless to say, I was totally taken off guard by Mgr. Wendy's rudeness, bad attitude, and her attempt to shift the blame on me for their mistake.

Their buffalo chicken strips and fried okra are one of my favorite foods to enjoy.I could eat it every day!!!!The owner is fantastic and he actually works with his employees instead of sitting on his bags of gold!

it is amazing, I got the chicken strips and fries with a lemonade and it was phenomenal. The sauce also is really good and goes well with the food. If your feeling chicken this is a great place to go.

The food, fish came out cold, under seasoned and small strips of fish. the coleslaw is store bought...this place is tremendously overrated and the customer service is nonexistent.

Looking for a hole-in-the-wall? Goodwings is absolutely busting. The Buffalo wings are great. Honey mustard is some of the best I've had. Fries could be better but I'm content with getting 10 wings, fries, a roll (with the strawberry butter of course), and a drink for decently cheap. Zoo wee mama!

We skipped out on Buffalo Wild Wings to support local business and we regretted it. These were the worst wings we have ever had. Food was cold when we picked it up. Wings were breaded and soggy. Fries were cold with no seasoning. Won't be eating there again.
