best beauty supply EVER!! they have everything you need lashes , wigs , nails etc. you have to try!!

Huge store lots of items and clean. Im not sure if i would shop here again however please beware they are not taking returns /exchanges on hair and possibly other products due to COVID. I was not aware of this and purchased the wrong color hair. When I called they were unapologetic about not allowing exchanges. Do your best to get it right because you won't be able to receive assistance after your purchase your product. -- Beauty Trendz Memphis is literally next door (1 more min up the street) smaller store but much friendlier staff and you can still get what you need. Plus on Black Friday the entire store (Beauty Trendz) was 50% off. I made a mistake and went here due to ignoring the GPS. I ended up having to go to the other store and buying triple the hair for the same price.

They are rude and close the store early although they list their hours until 9 p.m. They routinely close the store 15 minutes early. If you close at 8:45 you should have that time listed.

This is absolute worst customer service. The receipt says you can exchange. Then the old lady holler once you take it out no exchange. It was not opened and had a receipt that STATES at the bottom EXCHANGE FOR STORE CREDIT. That's the reason some of them are not worth fooling with. They think they can LIE TO YOU, TREAT AND TALK TO YOU ANY KIND OF WAY AND WATCH YOU LIKE YOU'RE GOING TO STEAL. Not EVERYONE steal some of us work for a living. Make sure you get EXACTLY what you need cause they will NOT let you exchange for a damn thing. FALSE RECEIPTS ‍

I'm an avid business goer to the Golden Beauty supply store for years since close to 7 years going in and buying things. From what I understood when you purchase more than twenty dollars, the beauty business will punch out a hole in this beauty card and after 20 punches completely punched out you can get a $5 discount off on your next purchase. On 12/28/23 - I go into the Golden Beauty supply to pick up some items and had my card. The clerk (manager at the present time) was helping another customer with makeup decisions and basically giving the customer a makeup consultation. I waited quietly tired from taking a red eye flight the night before after waiting in the airport for 12 hours....so I'm waiting for her to tender the customer out - she made her purchase as if I'm not waiting to be check out still having a conversation still with the customer about how to apply the makeup. The customer before me notices my card and said I should have brought my card. So Golden beauty is still honoring this promotion. The Clerk didn't even address me with a hello or sorry about the wait. With a straight face ringing me up she saw my card and said you have to buy $20 worth of things before you can use this. I did have less than $20 and opposed her that it didn't say that on the card after 20 punches I can get $5 off. The clerk said that they were under new ownership and doing away with the card promotion and did not honor what the promotion was for me. I asked to speak with a manager that's when she informed me she was the manager. I left but came back wanting the card back and the owner of the business name. She was on the phone with the owner "Kevin" he was no help at all refusing to side with the customer -someone that has invested there money there for years. I will not be doing business with them ever again. Please review attachment on what the card says. I concluded with the business by saying this is false advertisement. I left there so defeated, sad and weary.

Less than favorable customer service experience. Was condescending and when I asked where something was. When I was visibly taken back, she then imitates my response. Highly recommend spending elsewhere

Trash! Their receipt CLEARLY states that you will receive store credit after 7 days from the purchase date. They do not honor that. Brought back a pack of hair unopened. Old lady with no hair tried to get an attitude because I reiterated what the receipt says. They make up crap day to day. Will definitely not be back.

Online says they are open until 9pm. Got there at 8:45 to grab something real quick. They had the door locked with someone standing there only letting people out.

The workers are extremely prejudice and unfair in their dealings with the public. The workers treat all customers as if we are thieves and talk to us in a disrespectful manner. I brought a $5 satin sleep cap but it was for someone with braids. I took it back to the store within 24 hours and the clerks examined the package closer than the TSA examine luggage and asked questions like why I didn't know what I wanted, why I am returning a $5 satin cap, and warned me not to do this again and to make sure I know what I want. I will never shop here again and will spread the word to others to NOT shop here as well.

The older lady in the wig department is extremely rude. Never experienced that until today. Needless to say, I won't be patronizing this store anymore.
