The cake itself was incredibly moist (which is often not found in cupcakes!) and packed full of flavor. But the best part was the frosting! Holy. Moly. I can't wait to come back for one of these!!!My kids loved the chocolate chip cookies and they commented on the generous amount of chocolate chips! They raved about how good these were. My son got the caramel cupcake and halfway through he had to scrape off the icing because it was *so* sweet with such a strong caramel flavor. (I tried it and it was too much!) He said the cupcake itself sans icing was really good. He would not order it again. The employee working the counter was attentive and seeing as we were the only patrons at the time helped us in a super timely manor! The store itself is nice and clean with ample seating options if you'd like to eat your treats in the store as we did. The packaging for each item was extremely well done and appreciated. Overall-- would highly recommend if you've got a sweet tooth! Especially their carrot cake cupcake!

Expensive but good. Large selection. Very friendly service. I can't afford to go a lot, but wife likes ves surprises from here.

My husband got me a chocolate cake from here for my birthday. I loved how beautiful it looked with the sparkle added to it. And of course the cake itself was delicious. It was moist and layered with frosting throughout.

I ordered the Mississippi Mud Brownie, the Butter Bar, the Oatmeal Cookie Sandwich, the Chocolate Chip Cookie Sandwich and 3 different cupcakes, all for about $23. Nothing was note worthy. The oatmeal cookie sandwich had shredded coconut it in, which wasn't expected nor good. The mud brownie was nothing but sugar, I could barely taste the chocolate over the sugar. The chocolate chip cookie sandwich was also just too sweet. The verdict is still out on the cupcakes since I bought those for someone else. I did like the portion sizes as most of their items are small, so we didn't feel bad over getting several different things to sample.The service was fast and friendly and the atmosphere was cute and inviting but those things alone would not make me want to go back.

We got a German chocolate cupcake. My kid said it was awesome but almost too moist if that's even possible. I wouldn't know since I only got a crumb because my kid whoofed down the entire cupcake. The crumb was good though. The cupcakes are on the smaller side from what I've seen in other bakeries or cupcake shops. The Staff seemed pleasant and they had a good selection including cakes to go.

Frost Bake Shop is a great place to grab something to satiate your sweet tooth if you are in the Collierville, Tennessee area.The cupcakes were excellent and they were served with a friendly enthusiasm, which makes it all the better of an experience. The place has that general bakery vibe, which brought back some great memories.Frost Bake Shop is a great destination to satisfy your craving for something sweet. I would definitely recommend Frost Bake Shop and will give it an overall rating of five stars.

I still like this place but since I've cut down on sweets I don't come as often but it's always great when I do! I dropped by and got a few things recently. Teachers get a discount and you get a free cupcake on your birthday! My favorite frosting is the Memphis Cream. Hubby liked the frost bite strawberry but not so much he had to return for it. I received a delightful surprise from a sister-in-law; she sneakily asked what kind of cakes my mom baked as a kid, and what was my favorite? Emphatically I mentioned my mom's bundt Banana Nut cake! So what arrived in my birthday mix of cupcakes! The one and-only Memphis Cream flavor!I learned of this awesome bakery shortly before leaving the mid-South! The morning of my birthday she picked up a dozen of the Best-Of flavors for me to share and sample! Hands down, the Memphis Cream is my favorite; the intermingling of banana, chocolate and cream cheese, with a hint of peanut butter and lavishly drizzled with chocolate ganache? I'm tempted to pivot and drive back just to pick up a bunch of cupcakes or even the full-on cake version! As you can see in my picture attached, there are other flavors and I did get to share all of them, as they are quite rich and decadent. Have some coffee ready or a tall, cold glass of milk (or plant-based dairy substitute) along side these beauties!I'd love to visit the Collierville store, but the pictures from their website as well as their Facebook profile will do! If it's as colorful and whimsical as the pictures, I'll bump up that additional star!

Great place, nice people working there and the products are amazing. So happy they have a place in Collierville.

Great food. Horrible service. Ill tempered staff who get agitated after one question. I'm sure all of their employees aren't like this, but these two were awful.
