Terrible service.. Ruined my daughters HS Grad party.. the delivery children had nasty attitudes .. Do not send children to deal with professional business.. The energy was off, and it showed in their non verbals.. I did get a refund, which is nice. If you let your staff talk and act crazy to paying customers, I will always pass.. I'd never use them again, prompted me to start the same business. I know service and they need to pay. real people to represent them .. Or owners show up themselves.. I don't recommend them .. the 1 star is too much .. Extremely unprofessional..
