Though this restaurant is located on Germantown Parkway, just north of Kroger, i find it visually difficult to find. But if you like Asian food, give Friday Tuna a try, you won't be disappointed.Two of us had a soft shell crab roll, cucumber salad (best around) and chicken fried rice. We left with plenty to take home.The food was awesome, delicious sushi and the Cucumber salad is different than others and quite refreshing. I'm not wild about the chicken fried rice, good but not great. The rest of the meal was great.This is almost a family atmosphere in that those who walk through the doors were greeted by manager and staff as if they knew them. Maybe they do and maybe that's why they have a strong following. I would understand that because I found the food just awesome. Friendly discussion with server and manager, and I now understand why people seek out this restaurant.Try it, you will like it. Only sorry I did not take more pics to share with you. Promise to next time.

Waiter served a quantitative reasonable glass of wine. Softshell crab roll was delicious and was the Sashimi Delux. Do not order the shrimp fried rice. It's only four or five shrimp atop fried rice with with green onions. It's horrible to be honest. Compare it to the laziest person you can think of being made to do something they don't like doing. This is too nice a restaurant than to have someone in the kitchen who doesn't give a damn what he or she serves to people paying money to eat here. The waiter saw I ate the four shrimp and left the entire plate of rice that did not have any flavor. However, he did not bother to ask me whether I liked the shrimp fried rice or not. I'm sure they can do better. Maybe fire the person who makes the fried rice!!!!

Food was delicious and the service was welcoming. Our waitress was fun and had a great sense of humor. The ambiance was nice, unfortunately it was freezing inside so we did end up boxing our food and leaving right away. We were super heart broken to find out that they currently don't have any chefs to cook on the grill, so we had to be seated at a table.

Great looking venue, with good service. I initially thought it might be takeout only because they had this tiny window in the foyer. I walked inside and sat at the bar to order. I ordered the bbq salmon roll. It was assembled as advertised. I may have made my selection too quickly because I wasn't entirely satisfied. I was just here for takeout of a little bit of sushi. I'm looking forward to trying out the yakisoba and other items.

I dined here on a Saturday evening. I sat at the bar and ordered appetizers and cocktails. The menu had plenty of sushi , hibachi and cocktail options. The location is embedded in a small shopping center and parking was convenient. The server was friendly and professional , but a little swamped with other tables while working the bar section and other tables. There didn't really appear to be a bar tender . Instead , there were sous chefs in the bar area and servers on the floor . The sous chefs did not greet patrons and did not take orders from the bar . Instead , they pointed me to the one working server . Once she came over , everything was pretty fast. The tuna appetizer was excellent- extremely fresh and flavorful. The ginger cosmopolitan was okay ..I liked the ginger , but the house vodka was not a good mix . The char grilled oysters were not good ...the toppings over powered the oyster ..I only tasted the cheese and garlic . I will definitely be back to try another cocktail and reorder the tuna .

I was their first customer. I took my daughter their for dinner. We have been faithful customers every since. June and her sister in law are the BEST. The food and atmosphere are amazing. Most businesses fall off with the the quality of food or atmosphere after a while; but not Friday Tuna. They are STILL TOP NOTCH. The food is freshly cooked. I love the Plum Sake and the Friday Mango Tango ( I might have the name wrong). I recommend this place ALL THE TIME. All of our out of town family members and friends have been here. The restaurant was clean. Enjoyed the music lightly in the background. Wait staff was friendly. The food was very very good. I had the Tiger roll and steak hibachi. Tara had the shrimp hibachi and tuna nigiri. The portions were generous.
