My family and I once again received friendly and efficient service here on a weekend evening. This place is fast becoming our regular spot to enjoy some frozen custard treats.Their customer loyalty program is fairly generous.I have to say that they add far too much salt onto their French fries, though.

Can't ever go wrong with Freddy's! I love it but don't eat it as often due to the fact that it doesn't get me full and they don't have that much of large portions but otherwise they will still deserve my 5 stars! Haven't had a bad experience personally. But service is always good when me and my sister went a couple of times inside and the drive thru. Service is good.

Great food. Great service. Friendly staff!It's been a while since I'd been to this location. In the past the service was sub par. HOWEVER the service was excellent. Jasmine, the GM, made sure we had everything we needed, took the time to speak with us, and made sure we were taken care of. She has absolutely turned this place around. I highly recommend coming here.If it's a nice day, I recommend sitting on the patio and enjoying your burger and shake.

Why are you folks even open? I'm so beyond disappointed with the service. I order on the app and you can't go in and pick up as directed... The staff inside look at you like you have three heads and an incurable disease! So off to wait in the drive-thru... "May I take your order" ... oh drive through... get to the window they start handing me "someone's order" without even asking what mine was...Now I'm sitting waiting for them to bring out my stupid ice cream! This is a joke!Corporate... you need to get a handle on this memphis service! It's beyond terrible! I just returned from Denver, ate at three different restaurants and had great service! I'm having a hard time justifying coming to freddy's even though the food is good, THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!

Ordered online and when I went to pick up, the lobby was closed. Then, my meal was completely wrong. I paid for a double bacon and cheese and was given a single plain burger. No sauce was included either. I could not even go in the lobby to ask them to correct my order.

Order received 08/31/24. The fries were great but the double bacon burger was disgusting - I couldn't eat it. I was very disappointed. The burgers have always been well done on the crispy side. This one was no where near that.

hey I am a Tops employee across the street and we had ran out of 1's, so My GM texted one of their managers , so i could get some but long story short it was a black heavy set lady with glasses and a short haircut. She was VERY RUDE about the whole situation. It's like she had an attitude for reason. I think her name was Kate
