Fork It Over Catering

I love the concept of this place, not to mention the convenience. Fork it Over is located in the Cooper Young district, in a cute little house on Young Ave. They are essentially caterers, providing packaged meals that they will either deliver or you can pick up.Here's how it works. You go online and see what their menu options are for the week. You can order just one meal or meals for everyday if you want. You choose your entrees and two side items to go with each of them. And the options are wonderful! For instance this week they are offering Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Broccoli Slaw, Stuffed Flank Pinwheels with Spinach & Feta and Tilapia with Smoked Paprika. Some of the sides are Sesame Broccoli Stir Fry, Parmesan Polenta and Peas with Mint Butter. Sounds delicious, doesn't it? Meals are about $12.50 per person. Not bad for really good food, delivered right to you door.

I am so glad that Fork it Over offers weekly meals. I had searched high and low for a chef like experience. Fork it Over is it. Every week you will receive an email with the next weeks menu. You can email your order by 12:00 Friday and it's delivered to you for a nominal fee on Wednesday afternoon. The food is absolutely delicious. Michelle and Jennifer are the greatest. They even text me if I didn't place an order.

Great concept. Attended an event there last evening. Warm, cozy and the food was off the chart.
