Stopped here on accident but was pleasantly surprised with the food. We had the lamb and beef shawarma wrap, chicken shawarma platter and the chicken quesadilla. All freshly made and great flavors, don't forget the garlic sauce (it's a must!)!The service was ok, I got a bit frustrated they made the order to go when we wanted to eat in. The lady at the counter didn't understand the menu enough to answer questions without pointing to a photo. The bathrooms need to be cleaned. Still, I'd eat here again, just take it to go.

I placed an order through ubereats for lunch so I am unable to give a review on the service and ambiance. This is the chicken Shawarma platter. So, I'm from the North but born in the Caribbean so for me flavor and spice is everything me. Also, I am a big fan of Pakistani, Indian, Thai and other ethnic food so a lot of the ethnic food has been a little underwhelming for me and my palate. Portion size- this was for lunch so goodChicken Shawarma- decent- if I placed a future order - I definitely would order from here.Their flames spicy sauce- was good but not spicy (I have a high tolerance for heat so take this opinion with a grain of salt. Would I order from here again? Yes, I would like to try some of their high rated items on the menu

I forgot to take a pic before diving in, but this is a great local spot! I ordered the chicken shawarma platter and my spouse got the gyro platter to go. Portions were large, food was well seasoned, and service was great! The rice did have an Indian curry flare, which I didn't expect - but it was delicious! It's a cute little local vibe!

Ordered a couple of gyro platters from here and they are definitely not worth the price. Between the portion size and the quality and quantity of what you're getting for almost $20 is ridiculous. The salad was wilted and there was a tablespoon of it. There were 4 slices of meat atop a decent portion of rice. I didn't realize I was paying so much for mainly rice. I'll keep it in mind for the future. The meat was dry, the salad was not good and the rice was okay, which is why I gave it 2 stars. At this point, I'm convinced that there are no actual good Mediterranean or Greek places in Memphis to eat, after having tried quite a few of them at this point. Overall, not really satisfied with my order and bummed that I ended up ordering this instead of something else after a long day.

The food was pretty good. We got the lamb and beef kofta and the chicken kofta. The garlic sauce was really good. I placed my order over the phone so I can't really judge the customer service. The lady that took my order was nice on the phone and polite. I want to try more options and to eat in to see how it goes.

I went to flames during lunch and it did not disappoint. It's a quaint, neighborhood restaurant that sits near the corner of Southern and Highland. I went around 11. It wasn't busy. I ordered a chicken and rice meal. It came out in about 20 minutes. It was SO good, especially the rice. I should have taken a picture but I ate it too fast! There is not much seating but I liked that you could see outside and that the parking was decent. I will be back for that Salmon and that lamb!

Get the baklava, you won't regret....Also: to the girl who was complaining in the shop about "old lettuce". You are a haggard little piece of ****. Ok, so there was just one guy here working and I admire the hustle. He was up front and let us know he did not have fries or falafel. The fountain drink machine was out of order. We were the only ones dining in the seat yourself restaurant. There were 4-5 other people who came in for to-go orders. The rice and salad were flavored well but the meat was just ok. Needed some hummus and falafel.

The food was hot, fresh, and seasoned! Ken had great service and the cook wore gloves, what a great experience. To top it all off the food was good. I just ordered a cheeseburger but it did not disappoint chargrilled cheeseburger with FLAVOR. I didnt get a chance to take a picture of the plate before I devoured it.
