Fitz Tunica Casino & Hotel

Clean establishment. Easy check-in, friendly front desk staff. Rooms were clean. Gambling was OK. I guess that means we didn't hit...lol. My only problem was the food options, there were not a lot of them! Luckily, Fuddruckers was one of them. And this casino is a distance from the others. You are definitely not walking to the next casino.

If you're looking for an affordable place to stay in Tunica, this is one place to consider. It's not going to blow you away or anything, but the lady behind the counter likes to laugh, the lobby is clean, there are six elevators, it's close to Horseshoe and Gold Strike, and it's quiet. Now that I'm writing this, I'm starting to wonder why it's so quiet. Eh. Doesn't matter. All I needed was a quiet room so I could type when I wasn't playing poker (or eating chicken Lo Mein with no vegetables at the Horseshoe). I would cautiously recommend Fitz. You get what you party for. You will be paying less.

Normally, when i stay at hotels like Embassy Suites or Doubletree, but every now and then i'll stay at the Hampton Inn or something to go back to my roots..... baby, when i tell you that this place is so terrible, it can't even be used for a modern day whore house. We probably woulda did better at some place like the starlight inn or something ... or maybe even the truck stop would've provided a better sleeping arrangement ... so my first room was on a rolling bed LMFAO! sheets dirty, toilet nasty, and really just disgusting all the way around .. so i was moved to another room right... so boom. ITS ANTS EVERYWHERE ... ANTS ON THE TABLE, ANTS ON THE THE WALL, ANTS ON THE TV, ANTS ON THE NASTY MINI FRIDGE, ANTS IN THE BED... cues music * i wanna gooooooooooooo hommeeeeeeeeeee* the ac unit has all kind of dust and mold in it, the curtain are dust filled , this is really not for the weak. Letme tell you about the comforter ... it comes fromyour local walmart you can search it by inputing "plush throw blanket queen size" and they didn't even have duvet covers... they used to regular sheets to encapsulate it.. LMFAO this is the ghetto sweetie. You know they have nerve to showcase these newly renovated rooms and give you shit when you get here! so for all my girls/guys who are used to a way of living when they go out, this is not the place for us. it is very poor. Also not to mention, they are a 24hr place, but all restaurants are closed & open for 11a ... SO WE SUPPOSED TO STARVE & NOT EAT BREAKFAST?!? If I could be the person in charge of shutting hotels down, i would do it quicker than Jesus turning water to wine.

The room was Very dirty!! Feet were black from walking around room. Most of the employees were non caring to very rude! Bought ice cream at Baskin Robbins, inside casino, credit card got swiped twice! After talking to two managers over two days I just got the run around...saying come later, we always swipe cards twice.... REALLY!!?? Finally called bank to deny extra charge. Wanted to put NO stars...HAD to leave one.

MICE! I was woken up at 4:45 in the morning by a mouse on the night stand. I saw two more mice before we could get our stuff and get out of the room. They did not even apologize, only asked if I wanted to move to another room. Maybe that was what the terrible smell was when we walked into the room. Do not stay here!

Just called to make a reservation for a room for a one night stay. The girl was very rude and very disrespectful.....she was argumentative. I understand if someone has a bad day but they can try better while working. It really makes me not want to come, stay, and spend my money, in this establishment!

if you go to the crab leg buffet, just be aware that they stop serving at 9, not just close at 9; true, they will let you eat off the buffet after 9, but they don't put anymore out after 9plus, if you try to discuss it with the restaurant manager, that person may become agitated and ask you to leavesurely there are other crab leg buffets in robinsonville, but i hope i never find out

Under 35? Do NOT come here! I've never felt so unwelcome at a casino. My brother (age 27) and I (age 30) were interrogated at the door after showing our license, as if we had fake ID's. Within 30 minutes we were ID'd several more times. The tipping point was when it happened 4 additional times at a single black jack table when the dealers shuffled. I understand they want to keep underage individuals out, but they can do that without harassing younger people at their casino. Seriously felt like agism. Not EVER coming back.

No kids allowed on this premise! We booked a hotel room weeks in advance. When we arrive we were told to leave due to our twelve year old being with us in hotel check in line. It was a Saturday night and all other casinos allow kids. Our new room was five times the amount and now you can see why I feel so motivated to tell others. I will never return here again.

I visited the casino over the labor day weekend with friends. I never go to Fitzgerald's because the have a nasty mosquito infestation during the summer months or when its really hot. They bite you on the inside as if you were outside. Mosquitoes carry all kinds of germs, so I generally would never go there. After this weekend, I will never go again. Everything was thumbs down. The food was awful. The machines are programmed to take in money and I was warned about hearing certain names for the drawings. Sure enough, that's what happened. I was fortunate enough to hit a line and win $125 on the last spin of the $100, I spent. I took my $25, which was reimbursement for the worst food imaginable and went to Goldstrike. It was like night and day. The steakhouse was on point. The machines were paying. Prole were happy, winning and having a good time; unlike,the morgue setting at Fitzgerald's. Do yourself a favor. Don't go out of your way to have a terrible time. Enjoy yourself at one of the better casinos, save some gas, make some money, and rub your belly because for a good reason. Fun lives anywhere, but at Fitz! Don't fall for the slogan.
