Food was okay, service was friendly and extremely slow! Would not recommend if you're have some place to be. Took 30 minutes for a sandwich.

I've ordered here several times in the past, but I will never come to this location again. Food ordered online and promised at 12:15 but not ready until 12:35. Many others waiting with earlier pickup times than me. Did not seem to be short staffed as there were 7 workers behind the counter. Don't order from here unless you are prepared to wait a long time.

I like Firehouse Subs ! The subs are hot, full of meat, fully dressed, the bread is perfect. It takes approximately 10 min to get your order, but they produce a very good sandwich !

I went on Saturday afternoon 4/6/24 around 3:30. They weren't busy. Rude staff . Acted as if I was bothering them. Talking way too much behind the counter. The tea was out & they told me there was one behind. Expecting me to move them around. Ordered small Italian sub. Got back to the hospital with my lunch & definitely not an Italian sub. Just had one type of meat. Couldn't even make a simple sandwich. Will not be eating there again.

Have gotten a roast beef sub here 3 times now. My go to sub wherever I go. No complaints whatsoever. All the fillings have been exceptional and the roast beef sliced just right. Bread has always been fresh and soft. The girls behind the counter are great. Keep things flowing nicely. I prefer going inside to order. Don't have to worry about mistakes typed on the app. Too many poor reviews involve the app. that's why I order in person. Also the counter and seating area were clean and neat. Heat your sub adds a couple of minutes to your wait, but worth it.

Submitted an online order for Turkey Bacon ranch with no onions. I got a onion bacon ranch with no turkey ........So I called them to try and let them know if the mix up .... I got the incomprehensible Yada yada Firehouse .... Something hold and silence for about 2-3 minutes. Kinda sucks. Not driving back to get turkey. I'll just finish this bacon salad sandwich after removing the onion. I am too tired to sit in hold to deal with this.

The subs are great with wonderful flavors. The place is the usual subshop and is very clean. The service is the only problem this location is having, if you order any changes, check it before you leave. Have ordered extra onions and/or extra pickle, and didn't get it.

Put in an order online. This isn't the first time my food has come without the sauce that was added by myself to the ticket. My husband picked this order up and didn't know and the first time it was door dash. That's besides the point. Part of the job is reading the ticket. I hate being that person that leaves a bad review but I have the worst luck when it comes to ordering food. I always check my bags when I get it myself and most of the time something is missing or on the item that was specified not to be. It really sucks to pay 30 dollars for 2 meals and mine be wrong. Oh yeah when I called he said "is there anything else" no apology at all.

Served me moldy bread and refuse to make it right. Worst sandwich shop in Southaven. At least the rest serve food that is edible. I will never be back and I was a regular here for years. Garbage.
