Firehouse Subs

It really sucks that I live near this location but have to drive all the way to the Germantown location to get my sandwiches made correctly. After giving this location a 3rd try today, I give up. I'm only giving 2 stars for the friendly service every time. The first time I went, my Philly cheesesteak was good. So I was excited to keep coming, since it is so close. But the 2nd time I went, the meat was too chunky & dry and the peppers & onions were hardly cut up. They were so chunky I couldn't finish the sandwich. So today, I sent my husband for a hook and ladder for me. Well I'll be damned if they left the cheese off my sandwich. The best part IS the monterrey jack cheese. Super pissed. And money down the drain. It may not seem like a big deal, but I can't eat a sandwich without cheese. Just please be consistent and make the sandwiches like descriptions online...

The sandwiches are delicious but it seems everytime I come here, its kinda unkept. Atleast one staff member should be on clean up duty, wiping down tables, sweeping floors, cleaning windows and door,cleaning drink arean mopping floors. I'm too scared to go into the restroom, if it's unclean I would walk out and never return.

the most inconsistent firehouse i've been to. today my sandwich was cold, and they gave me the most absurd amount of mayonnaise i've ever seen. i can heat up my food, but there is so much mayonnaise it's almost funny. this picture is after i wiped all the excess from the outside of the sandwhich... yeah, the OUTSIDE of the sandwich. who eats this much mayo, man? sometimes they nail it, but sometimes it's just insane that they would give that to someone.

Gave em another chance today. Ordered a large roast beef on white, no onion, no mayo and add black olives. Online order to be picked up at 1:05.Got there. Sandwich waiting. Get home and I got a roast beef on wheat fully dressed with mayo, onions and no black olives.I guess nothing much has changed and am very disappointed.

SINGLE.We've eaten at this particular store many times. I love the engineer sub partly because I happen to be an engineer and it's a little corny. However, it always tastes really good. Today, instead of the chips, I decided to go with a side order of the 5-cheese mac-n-cheese. It was TERRIBLE. The cheese wasn't like any I've tasted, and rather than complement the food, the parmesan bread crumbs seemed to make it worse. I guess I will have to go back to the chips for a side item.The store is clean and the service is usually quick and polite.

Always very unprofessional whenever I come in. Employees are more worried about each other than the customers.

firehouse subs on east gate has a promoton that starts at 6pm. just when 6pm starts the promotion , their website and app orders are both offline suddenly. when i tried ordering at 5:30 pm today,there were no isssues with neither platform. but, since i wanted to take advantage of their 5o% promotion i waited and now i am furious of the scam. this is fraud and false advertisement. i will put this location on blast on several platforms. i called and the phone goes to a answering service after 2nd ring.

I came in and half the workers on there phone and when I got my sandwich it was covered with bbq sauce like seriously... and then while I was eating there place don't feel clean dirty tables and employees using inappropriate language the whole time I was their just terrible won't be coming back need to get rid of those employees
