I like the new French Dip sandwich a good bit. I like it more than any other sandwich I have had here. The Au Jus that comes with it is beefy, hot, and superduper tasty. It's got onions and cheese on it too, and is all toasty man. Yum. Yum. Eat em up!If you throw some of those hot sauces they have lying around into the mix, it gets pretty dang crazy up in the Firehouse, mane.I also like the chili. It's got a nice texture, great flavor, and lots of beans. You know what they say about beans.... Tehehe, toot.... They even give you those cute little oyster crackers too. Classy! This ain't even Applebee's!Dude everyone bitches about behind the counter is cool as long as you are. That's my take at least. He's always been really nice to me and even brings my food out to me. I am pretty, though.... I do have that going for me. I guess if I must endure the burden of being gorgeous, I should get beefy subs quickly, right?!?!?Overall, it's pretty clean for a fast food place. Nothing sticky or offensive. Just a good time. I recently bought a pair of large, hot, sub sandwiches to take home. They were both perfectly made, with my requested customizations. Their food tastes really delicious, especially if it's been awhile since you've had it.The service was actually friendly and efficient. I even left a nice tip for my sandwich maker.The only downside was that their app wasn't functioning properly, so I had to order in-store.I like their customer loyalty program, and plan on returning more frequently in the future.

Unique taste loved the toasted breads you can actually taste what's on the sandwich!! The bread does not overwhelm the main insides! Love the variety of options and no one could forget their philosophy of giving back!!

Sunday lunch for the five of us. Not the usual experience for this firehouse. It was busy, but it's Sunday just before 1:00, it's expected. When we left the restaurant was practically empty. First, when checking out you have the suggestion to tip, even though you get your own drink, go get your food, and clean up after yourself. I tipped some, but would have liked it back. Bun wasn't heated through, turkey was sliced thicker so it fell off the bun, wife's sandwich was dripping ranch. Place was fairly clean, but nobody said hello or goodbye which I thought was a staple of that franchise. Hopefully this was a one off.

Their subs are always very fresh and tasty. The steaks is fantastic. Italian sun is loaded with great meats. Staff is ALWAYS friendly and quick.

I placed an online order at this store and proceeded to wait 30 minutes for my food. The appeared to be granting special treatment to some customers as he would ask for the name on their order and have it ready within minutes. I had to approach him and ask if my order was being made to get his attention, to which he replied that it wasn't even on the line yet and it would be much longer. I wasted my lunchbreak and a sandwich because I had to return to work before being late.

This review is strictly about service at this location. I have been standing in front of the order pickup area for 5 minutes. There are 4 people working and no other customers in the entire store, and I have yet to even get anyone to look in my direction, let alone ask if they could help me. They looked at me when I walked in, said nothing and now 6 minutes later I cannot even get the slightest bit of service.Update: a man walks in and the workers are very friendly and ask his name for his order.
