The Italian sub sandwich was really good. The pickle was nasty.

I opened up my email thanks Firehouse Subs for the happy birthday reward sandwich- soon as I open the email a check for the nearest bar service location closestAnd since I was nearby Germantown Parkway also remember that there was a Firehouse Subs seconds away in a plaza- I opened up the app and completed my mobile order and then once it was ready for a pick up at one side and got my sandwich from the mobile order stand The app is pretty quick and efficient to use I was able to select whether I wanted white or wheat bread- I was able to select the specialty sandwich which I chose the smoked turkey sandwich toppings of lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard, onion black pepper and it came with a pickle on the side

Firehouse is my go to for a salad with the fixins. I've never been let down. I get the hook and ladder salad with peppercorn ranch. It never seems to make it to my camera roll though because I dig in as soon as I get it. Even my non salad eating kid likes it.

Honestly, I have no idea what happened to this place. It seems that every time we have ordered here for pickup, they mess up our orders more and more each time. The workers need to spend less time chatting about person life very loudly while working and spend more time learning how to properly take and execute an order. Very disappointing and today just proved furthermore why we will never be going back.

The franchise has changed. The quality of the meats are very different now. The Philly steak was not tasty at all. The meat quality has cheapened to "Steakum". Today's service lacked a welcoming touch. I will stay away for a long while.

Unfortunately this experience wasn't a good one. The lady that took my order was rude, did not smile and would have preferred for us to not have been there at all. I will say that the food was great. I've been to two other Firehouse Subs in the area and the others were as you would expect, awesome. I think the management at this location should retrain these employees and require them to at least be nice to customers.
