First time visiting here for dinner and it was fantastic. Calvin was so attentive and personable. He made our evening even more enjoyable than it already was. Would love to come back. The food was delicious! Thanks so much for the best service Calvin!

Collierville, TN. This restaurant is a very short walk from the hotel, and while it has the look and feel of a chain (Is it?), the food is pretty tasty, nothing gourmet to be sure but well above average. I will probably return. The staff are all real friendly and welcoming. We came at an odd hour, 2:30, but our waitress still let us order lunch.We had one ofAlex's, lemonade which was really good, they don't dump a bunch of sugar in it.Equally as good was a blood orange drink that was awesome. The Steak Tacos features some tasty tender beef and they were a generous size. The fruit that accompanied them was fresh. The burger with smoked cheddar was delicious.and cooked ever so slightly more than medium, which worked. Good size burger too, nice and thick and a bun that didn't melt or fall apart. My side of Grilled Street Corn was amazing, I highly recommend getting that.

First the food at Firebirds is always great. We have never had a meal that was anything but delicious.It was valentines day so they were busy. I understand . We ordered curbside pickup to-go. When I went in to check on our food, after I had been waiting 15 min longer than they said it would be ready, I was told they would bring it out. I waited 15 more minutes went back in and asked if they would go check on my order. One of the young ladys at the front desk acted like I was being difficult and finally went to check. She brought my food up, which was now cold and said it had been ready but they were busy. I went out to my car and told all the others in the to-go area that had been waiting longer than I had to go in and check on their orders.

I never heard bad things about this establishment so my expectations were set a little high to have a good dining experience. The initial waitress never came to the table and complained, which I'm assuming the hostesses overset her section, but to completely ignore us is unacceptable. They had a new server, someone fresh out of training come to the table. It was clear that he was new. He wasn't comfortable with the menu yet. The drinks were overfilled so they were spilling when he brought them to the table. When the food came out it looked decent enough but there was so much fat on my steak. No seasoning on the vegetables. Once we got the check, the total seemed off to us. Shouldn't the 3 course meal be rung up as such for $39.95 and not each item separately?...overall I was just really disappointed.

I really love this place. I bring groups here all the time for the past several years and am never disappointed. The Service is always super responsive, not too mention your glass never gets empty.The food is always on point and my groups of people have NEVER had a bad meal or experience.Highly recommend coming in for a nice and relaxing meal. Table for five please! Got together with my work friends for dinner on a Wednesday evening. Place wasn't super busy this night. Our waiter, Elvis, was amazing. He kept us laughing and was super sweet and attentive during our entire dining experience. We pretty much all ordered from the appetizer menu this time around, with just about everyone getting the smoked wings. I opted for the bacon deviled eggs and Philly cheesesteak egg rolls myself. I was expecting sweet deviled eggs. They were not. That being said, I still enjoyed them (just a different taste than what I'm used to). The candied bacon and fresh jalapeño on top gave it a unique taste. The eggs rolls were yummy, especially paired with the Thai chili/hot mustard sauce. Ordered a doggy bag for hubby and he wanted to try the grilled shrimp and strawberry salad. He told me it was pretty good. I pretty much always enjoy my food whenever I dine here and I'm sure this won't be my last time. Until next time...

Over the years, my extended family members and I have eaten here on several different occasions. Things have changed.Recently, a party of ten of us had reservations for a holiday dinner gathering during a late weekend afternoon.The service was a bit spotty, with drink glasses remaining unfilled for long periods of time. All told though, the Double Diamond alcoholic drinks that arrived with panache from the bar were delicious, according to my fellow diners. I opted for water as my holiday beverage, as this restaurant (despite national trends) refuses to carry any form of nonalcoholic beer. In totality, we ended up spending several hundred dollars here for food and drinks. The rub is, that despite repeated assurances from the on-duty manager and the server, my nearly $40 filet mignon was not prepared on the flat top grill, per my request. (At least they removed it from my bill.) Although they offered to remake the steak, I declined, telling them that I wasn't confident in the kitchen staff to follow directions. I'll never again order steak from this place if all they know what to do is burn the fuck out of a good piece of beef.At least my BLT salad was competently prepared, as well as the tempura lobster that went with my charcoal (steak). Due to the bait-and-switch situation that I experienced, I probably won't return again, nor would I recommend spending your hard-earned money here. There many better restaurants.

Two words: burrata appetizer. Delicious, large, beautiful presentation. We arrived on a Saturday night for drinks and an app at the bar before we went to dinner at another restaurant. We came specifically for the burrata. While the bartenders were visibly busy, they were super friendly and attentive. In fact, the entire staff was very kind and friendly throughout our visit: from the hostess through the waitstaff and bussers on our way out. Overall: a very nice experience. Kudos to the GM!

Where do I start? We made reservations for 6:15pm on a weekday and were so glad that we did. Although there was a wait, we were seated right away. We had several items among the table, so I'll list everything out below. Most things were okay but we had a very weird experience with the Red Snapper entree. For that reason, I'm not sure that I'll return. - Cheesesteak Eggrolls: good texture but lacking flavor, had a strong green pepper taste- Lobster Queso: decent flavor but didn't seem like a true Queso, wouldn't purchase again- Red Snapper: Weird! 2 guests ordered it and one was nice, flavorful and easily flaked off. The other was hard as a brick, rubbery and just nasty. They attempted to make it again 2 more times, but it didn't get any better. We weren't charged for it but I they should really consider removing it from the menu. - Cajun Pasta: one guest like it, another thought the flavor was too light and borderline bland- Salmon: nicely cooked and accompanying veggies were really good- Lemon Cake: disappointing, small considering the price, didn't "wow" any of the guests- Creme Brûlée Cheesecake: yummy but also appeared small considering the price

The good: 3 course menu is a good value. Bread is served warm with butter and is nice and soft inside. Ceasars salad had some kick to it and wasn't boring. Sirloin steak was cooked perfectly, and the bananas foster bread pudding was a delight.The bad: when we first came in, we were asked if we had a reservation. We said now and they said the wait would be over an hour. My companion told me on the way out that Opentable said they had no wait. I opened up Opentable and sure enough got a reservation. Had our table within 10 minutes. I don't know how their system interacts but that's not a good customer experience.Also, and I hate to say this, the food was over seasoned, to the point where the steak and even potatoes were mostly just salty. I hate bland food and I would rather see overseason than under, but it was just a tad too much. Main reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars.Atmosphere is what you would expect from a steak place. More upscale than a longhorns or Texas Roadhouse, but not as formal as a Ruth's Chris. You'll be just as at home in a suit after work or just a button up shirt. In fact, we were there in Tshirt amd hoodie (we had not planned this in advance) and it was fine.
