Farmer's Family Restaurant

They have good options of food for everyone. All the food I had was good and filling. Everything on the buffet was nice and hot. Service was great and friendly. A family friendly environment. Socials: The Hungry Wonderland

The food was amazing! And our waitress was GREAT! One thing I love about this place is they play Christian music in the restaurant. I highly recommend!

I personally think that we are being held hostage to the fact that this establishment has placed itself alongside other steakhouses in the area, and they may! On their food line you need to check it out and then you decide.

The food is good great variety but if you don't upgrade your bathroom and have it smelling nice it takes away from everything else. I basically couldn't go in.

They were very friendly and willing to accommodate any way they could help make your table accessible to all of your needs. They were attentive and caring.They offered paper towels when we were soaked from the unexpected thunderstorm!

It wouldn't let me give 0 stars. The food was bland, unseasoned & in some dishes just plain inedible. My husband & I basically ended up with the fries for breakfast. Even my kids tried & ended up only eating the boxed cereal. Our waitress kept our drinks filled which was nice but that was about the extent of the "good" part of the experience. A mouse ran across the floor by our table & the initial response was oh no we will tell the owner. At checkout I told them the meal was horrible & that a mouse ran next to my table. The response then was "a whole mouse? Oh wow. We've had issues with bugs before but never a mouse" Our family of 7 will never be back & I wouldn't recommend this one to anyone. We drove in from Nashville & will stay in Nashville from now on.

Food was delicious. My friend and I eat there quite a bit and usually there at supper time. It is always good and the help is always great Plan on going again soon!

November 18, 2023My husband and I have been eating at Farmers Restaurant for over 20 years.Except for the years 2021-2022 during covid the food was good to excellent. We are from California and New York and are very particular about eating healthy well prepared food ( my husband is a medical doctor). There are many baked and steamed foods. The salad bar has 3 types of lettuce and all homemade dressings which are excellent! Even the deserts are good. They have some of the best homemade soups in Murfreesboro. Sunday has whole baked turkeys ( white and dark meat) which we especially appreciate. The restaurant is older but we have found it clean. The staff are excellent.The dinner after 4 pm offers the best selection of foods. They have some different types of food each day. It is a great value. Christina & Michael Talbot

If they had a 3.5 I probably would've given it a little higher rating. I can't do this place too often but it's always hit or miss. The service is always good, but of course it is a buffet. People are friendly.
