Family Care Walk-In Clinic

I will never go back to this clinic!! My experience was less than pleasant, when I was there for treatment, I came to the Clinic to seek treatment for a severe earache, I had to pay $90 dollars upfront before I could even be called back to be seen, which is part of my insurance and I didn't mind paying, my biggest thing is that I paid my money to see a Dr or a real FNP not some NP student!!!! This young lady came in introduced herself as a student working under Johanna Beurelin FNP, she said she was going to do my initial assessment and then Johanna would come in and to discuss treatment options with me, I was fine with this, but this did not happen.. She completed my assessment, told me she would be right back and left the room for a few minutes. At this point I was expecting the FNP to come in and talk with me, but Nope didn't happen she returned to the room gave me 2 prescriptions and sent me on my way!! Never saw or talked A real DR or FNP about my assessment and treatment... The next day I was still in a significant amount of pain and I actually felt worse than I did before I went to the clinic so I called back to talk to a nurse hoping to explain my situation and get it handled properly, I left a message stating that I was seen the day before by a STUDENT and that I was not happy with the treatment and quality of care I received and asked that someone please call me back, I got a call back within the hour, I missed the call and the nurse left a voicemal telling me that I saw Johanna the head FNP of the clinic, which was a flat out lie!!! proceeded to tell me that if I was not feeling any better she said I could return to the Clinic and be seen for Free.. This is a bunch of crap I have better things to do then run to the clinic everyday some of us have to work of a living... I did not go back I have since went to another clinic for treatment of the same symptoms which cost me more of my hard earned money and should never have had to happen!!! Long story short this is the worst Clinic in Jackson and would not take my dying dog there.. They need a serious overhaul of their policies and procedures BC as they stand now they are CRAP!!!!!! For $90 I should have seen a Dr, but that is my fault bc I did not speak up but guess what I am speaking up now and letting people know if you want good quality health care by REAL professionals DO NOT go to this clinic!!!!!

I recently went to them, after not being there for a few months, they did nothing for me, I had gone to get a few prescription refills, today I get a letter from them, saying I wasn't allowed back there, due to drug seeking behavior!!I've never asked for anything, BUT the meds I have been subscribed..I've also reported them to the better business bureau...Don't go to this place at all. The wait time is longer than you think and they all think they're better than you, except for one person.. Tiffany is the only person in that office who even remotely cares about the patients there..

First time going in for a check up and I don't have many complaints. Fair wait time. Some employees are a little rude but the doctors who saw me were kind.
