Fairfield Inn & Suites Memphis Arlington

Stopped in for one night on a road trip. This hotel is modern and very clean, almost looks new.Lobby is very pretty, and the staff were friendly at check-in. Stayed in a double queen room. The room was exceptionally clean, beds comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The shower was stocked with nice, full-sized products. Room included microwave and fridge. Hotel had decent breakfast. The food staff were friendly and helpful. There were dairy and gluten free options as well. There were even hot breakfast options like eggs, sausage and bacon. Lots of nicer brand-name options as well. Hotel is in a safe area, parking lot was secure at night. A great spot for a road trip layover if you want something clean, safe, and affordable. Sonya at the front desk is very nice!

I am an ambassador elite member: I stayed last night for 7 hours for work. I woke up with the sniffles because the electricity went out in only half the room thus the heater was out. The next morning everything went out and there was no hot water. Not what I expect at a Marriott owned hotel. I am not a complainer but this had to be noted. All staff were excellent as usual.

I e been on the road throughout the holidays and this was by far the best find. Our room was clean, spacious and well appointed with two large TVs. Everything looked and felt brand new. Staff were friendly and helpful and genuinely interested in making your stay comfortable. Beds and pillows tend to be a personal preference as to type but I found ours comfortable and fresh. I would definitely stay here again. You should too

+++ Breakfast eggs and veggie sausage and potatoes were good. The lobby looks new and nice. The hotel is in a bit of a secluded area, yet also within walking distance of a gas station and Taco Bell.- - - The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The bed sank in towards the middle so I was fighting gravity all night. Something was biting me and itching all dang night long. Like a dog's fleas or something. So... it was a long fitful night. Also the extra pillows we requested reeked of the front desk woman's musky perfume.Also I was surprised how smelly the room was even though the hotel is new. Maybe they're putting everyone in the same wing for now or something.

I was there overnight during a cross-country drive and found the rooms to be updated, clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel itself was also very clean and well laid-out. The staff was especially helpful, courteous and cheerful. Thank you Charmaine at front desk and thank you to the un-named catering person that got me coffee at 5am even thought they weren't set up for service yet. I would definitely stay here again.

I would give it 10 stars if I could. Everything was perfect which is not something I say often about a hotel . Rooms spacious, comfortable, updated. Entire place so very clean Breakfast good with many selections Fresh coffee ,tea, water available in lobby throughout the day and evening. And the shining glory is the staff all of whom were so welcoming, friendly, helpful, just wanting to make you feel at home. A fairly new hotel right off of exit 25, on I-40. It's kind of crazy getting to the hotel though. Make sure you go past the Exxon gasoline mini mart, and then make a right turn on the roadway that leads to the hotel(s). At night, it can be kind of hard to see. I agree with some of the reviews that the staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. There was a slight snafu upon check-in, but it was cleared up within minutes. The room was booked with Bonvoy points. I found the room to be very clean and pretty quiet. Although it was facing the highway, the rooms seemed somewhat soundproofed enough. The hot breakfast is your average typical fare. Pre-made liquid eggs which get scrambled, fresh self-made made waffles, muffins and toast, hard, boiled eggs, oatmeal, milks, juices, etc... The bed is comfortable. In hot weather the room gets cool enough. So a microwave, a mini refrigerator and small coffee machine reside. Small clean outdoor pool to cool off in. I'd recommend this good Marriott brand hotel.

I was disappointed in the brand new hotel near Memphis. The room was sparse with only a desk chair to sit on, and it was uncomfortable. No table and chairs to eat in the room if you chose to do so and no decent chair to sit in to read or watch TV. For the price I would have expected at least a microwave in the room but there was only a mini fridge. On the positive side, the hotel was clean, the parking lot was well lit and the staff was friendly.
