FoodWhat I expected from a fried Catfish sandwich. Crispy, flaky, piping hot, seasoned well. I would suggest eating there because the bread will get soggy by the time you get home. Used gloves when handling the food, nice and very inviting to everyone.AmbianceNot really any shade or seats to sit down so you'll probably end up eating in your car. I wasn't able to get the hours or locations but I saw this food truck while I was in the area. Will probably check them out again when I'm on that side of Franklin.
