Eyes For You

I love this place. I've been taking my daughter there for years. They become sort of like family and actually remember the customers that frequently come. You start not to feel like just a number or dollar sign (lol)...because they seem to care. I love Ira's advice and his friendly attitude toward others. Also,the young lady, Iris, was really friendly over the phone and have the best phone manners. Their entire staff to my knowledge is wonderful. I would highly recommend this place for eye care, the selections are great to choose from as well.

I have been going to this wonderful establishment for years. They great me with a smile and even though I know what to do they still have a nice a polite way of conducting business. I would not go anywhere else for my eye care needs. They treat each other like family and I just love that atmosphere.

I saw Dr. Carrie Suchman for a basic yearly exam. I was a bit nervous because since my last one I have had some issues but from the beginning she put me at ease. Dr. Suchman did a very comprehensive exam and set me up with my new glasses & contacts prescription. I have recommended Dr. Suchman to my friends, family and co-workers. For me it was a relief to see a doctor who is not only competent and professional but who also is nice! I went to the office on Poplar & Ridgeway but I believe she is at a different location of Eyes for You on different days. The office staff at the Poplar location were very nice & professional on the phone and in person. I won this visit on an auction to help a child who is being treated for brain cancer. This also tells me that Dr, Suchman is someone who is caring enough to donate her time to help.

We purchased the two pair special and was very happy with the glasses. Frames looked great and stylish. We travel 400 miles to this location. Best prices and quality. Better than in my home town. Got the eye exam and two glasses made the same afternoon. Staff was great service and explained all the details.

We have been there a few times, and will continue to go there. The associates are all very professional, warm and pleasant. They take their time showing you the glasses and are very patient during the selection process. A few years ago my daughter got contacts. She took about 6 hours to put them in. Everybody was very patient . The associates took their time to repeatedly show her how to put them in. It has always been a real nice experience going there. Most people get grouchy when customers take too long choosing or deciding. The associates on American Way are all patient and very courteous , especially the African American man with the dread locks. He always takes his time showing you all the glasses you want to try on, no matter how long it takes for you to choose or how busy he is. The kids love going there. The African Man with the dread locks is very professional and interacts with the children that go there. We have recommended this nice place to family and friends. Best customer service ever. You don't see many places where associates are patient and friendly to customers. Most people work mostly for money and just do the least necessary. It shows that the employees at this location , especially the African American Guy with the dread locks really cares and enjoys his job. I also like the convenience of not needing and appointment. The associates don't ever seem overwhelmed when it gets busy. Great place to get your glasses or contacts.
