Extreme yogurt? More like Extreme prices!I think the self-serve yogurt costs $0.52 an ounce as of 7/2018, but it's hard to tell with their chalkboard menu of ice cream and yogurt information all mixed together. That said, I got two "small" cups with maybe half filled with yogurt and it came to over $12! The same volume at a Menchie's yogurt shop probably runs $7-8, or 33% less. Also, the weight isn't printed out on the credit card receipt, so you can't be sure the weight or price is accurate. I recommend you take your $12 and buy 2 half gallons of top quality frozen yogurt at the Kroger down the street and enjoy it for the week it'll take to eat it all versus the 2 minutes it takes to consume $12 of yogurt from this place.

Visited there yesterday. Walked in and there was no one there. Waited several minutes before a girl came in from the outside. Asked her to explain how we order. She showed us the cups and toppings. Did not give any indication of cost. I chose ice cream. She did give me a sample first. It was good but she never indicated I would be charged 2 more times for the toppings I chose. I was shocked at the $12 for such a small amount. She said we do not take cards, then we do take, then we do not take. She had no clue. Makes me wonder if she charged me too much. Used the restroom which was very nice. She went back outside to somewhere when we left. We were looking for Baskin Robbins but found Extreme Yogurt by mistake. Mistake is we should have never stopped.

when me and two of my friends walked in there was no employee anywhere to be found. then finally after my friend had been wanting a sample after waiting more than 10 minutes for someone to appear. a man with a small pony tail comes out and gets onto us for taking matter into our own hands with a sample of yogurt. and tell us we will be charged because we wasted the yogurt because some fell out of the cup. will never be back. whoever that employee was, is beyond disrespectful. his tone of voice was unwelcoming and didn't smile or greet us when we walked in.

I was there week before last with my daughter. We bought 2 containers prefilled and brought them home. I tried the Hawaiian pineapple today and it is gritty and powdery! Horrible. A waist of $10! I live too far away to take it back! When we checked out i thought someone was in the back no! I waited more finally a young girl ran in from outside. I think she was next door!! I wish tupelo had a yogurt mnt! You just lost me as a customer!

Visited yesterday 5/27/18. The employee was nowhere to be found for several minutes. My friend and I called out and she (young girl with shoulder length dark hair) then came from outside to check us out. We ordered our yogurt which was good!! Many flavors and toppings available. Reasonably priced. Bathroom was nice and clean. She then exited the store again and customers would continue entering and she would come in to check them out. I also noticed the "open" light wasn't on. It was a good enough experience. I just feel it's unprofessional for the staff to be outside the store and have the customers waiting. I shouldn't have to find you to spend my money. Also I feel it's somewhat irresponsible because customers could possibly go up and refill their cup without staff knowledge unless security camera installed. Even with that said, I'd still visit again.
