Ethnos Coffee Roasters

So lucky to have this gem of a real coffee house so close to home...dangerously close to home to be truthful. I find myself there 3x per week. They roast high quality beans here, they pay attention to weight and measure, they don't overcook the milk, they make beautiful latte art, they will serve your coffee in a real mug or cup if you ask them. Their baristas are friendly and attentive. The coffee tastes so good. If you want to appreciate the coffee, order the cortado or cappuccino and try it without sugar...it's sooo good. If sweet coffee treats are your favorite go for the Honey Gold, or a mocha.

Spendy little shop, and I'm not sure you're getting what you pay for here. I had some drip coffee that was $6 a cup, it was stale, old and barely warm. Appallingly gross when your expectation is a swig of good quality coffee. They can't make a decent matcha here to save their lives. I've learned to not even bother ordering it. I wanted to like this place, but on the average day Starbucks is actually better.

Wonderful little spot for coffee or anything coffee related! Great company owned and staffed by great people. They serve hot and cold drinks, pretty much anything you like, but the coffee beans and roasting services are worth the trip!

I've been wanting to try for a while. The outside and inside are decorated nicely for the fall season. As for the coffee, I went safe and got the hot chocolate and it tastes like warm milk, hard to mess up a simple drink. My boyfriend got the starhollow and doesn't see how it's the "golden girls favorite". It's very similar to a regular black coffee with cold foam. The service was amazing. If they modify the menu and drinks I would definitely come back to try!

Wonderful coffee shop and local roaster! Nice ambiance with a few table and chairs. Can watch the roaster in action and buy their beans. Must try their Honey Gold Smoked Old Fashion with cold brew
