Great dispatchers and drivers! James took my dad to the VA. I loved the way their dispatchers checked in with me while I was at work about his transportation pick up ad drop offs. He really appreciates that they value his time in service!

My experience(s) from start to finish have been positive and impressive. The dispatcher/scheduler, the drivers, and bookkeeping have professional skills and etiquette that make this company stand out. Additionally, the van was clean, safe drivers, prompt, and overall a good, environment.

Great transportation service for wheelchair clients! Same day scheduling available which is a plus.

Called to arrange transport to Dr. office. Driver did not arrive at scheduled time, called and told driver would arrive in 5 minutes, no driver arrived, and made other arrangements to make Dr. appointment. Essential charged a 40 dollar cancellation fee for a no show !!! Use this Co. at your own risk, very unreliable and all you get from them is a smart mouth and bad attitude!!!

STAFF IS VERY NICE!! took me to pharmacy went through drive thru so I wouldn't have to get out in the rain and waited while I got lab work done which was only 15 mins. Van was nice and clean Im used to smelling bad odors and sitting on ripped leather seats.
