Emeralds Restaurant

Saturday, November 2, 2024 we took a little road trip from Corinth, MS along some back roads to Waynesboro to look at the color change. We have been through Waynesboro many times but have never explored the Square/Downtown. It's a quaint little place with shops and a few eateries. We looked over the menu (which is also online) and decided to spilt a Supreme Pizza (12" was around $17). Our waitress was attentive and kind and the Pizza was good. The vegetables were not raw (some places just toss veggies on and they do not get cooked)but actually cooked with the pizza. We will definitely be back.

Food was amazing. Ribeye was exactly how I ordered it and probably the best steak I've ever had. Potato was amazing. Salad was delicious and the croutons were perfect. Cheesecake was 10/10 absolutely perfect. Service was amazing too especially for a Friday night. It was also not to quiet and not too loud in there either. Has to be one of, if not the best restaurant experiences I've ever had.

Amazing atmosphere and friendly people. Service is quick and simply good choices of the menu. We had the Santa Fe chicken and ribeye steak. The portions are very large so be prepared to have a carry out. I've visited this establishment in November and they had already decorated the entire restaurant for Christmas. It was beautifully decorated and a lot of antiques still remain in this older establishment. Please check out my pictures of the decor. It's definitely a family restaurant. It is dry and therefore there are no alcoholic beverages served. If you're in Waynesboro visiting I highly recommend that you take a time to eat .It was so good that we went back the next day for lunch before departing from Waynesboro

Drove 30 min to eat here and after walking in we're very quickly asked to leave as they closed at 8 instead of 9 like their website and sign clearly say. And it was explained they started doing this months ago. So with plenty of time I feel they could have at least updated their stuff and not had to be rude to customers

TRIPLE TO RIGHT TO DRIVE IN TWO RUNS!!This place hits the spot. I stopped by here while traveling through this part of the state on my way back to Memphis. A woman at the board of education recommended it and I was not disappointed. I had the special: grilled chicken sweet chili wrap with a side of green beans. The wrap was delicious with a great savory flavor accentuated by the sweet bit of chili sauce. The beans were well-seasoned and cooked just right with bacon flavoring. The service was exceptional and the atmosphere was fun and lively. I will definitely be back.

Stopped in on our way to another destination. I had the southwest wrap w sweet potato fries which was delicious. Friend got a ranch wrap. Didnt care for it.. pricing was very reasonable and friendly, good service.

Go here! Great food from STEAK TO HAMBURGERS :) Clean,nice servers fair prices. Nice for Date night or just a casual meal. For a small town restaurant, don't pass this one up.

Clean, descent service. Food was nothing special. I had a steak sandwich. Meat was tough, and not a lot on sandwich. I was charged 25 cents for a glass of tap water. This is a first in any restaurant I have visited. Not a good business move! It's not the money, it's the principle! I hope this doesn't become a trend. What's next, charging for air? I don't see a return visit.

My favorite place to eat when visiting the area. It seriously slapz. Service is excellent.

Saturday evening at 7:10 pm on 6/24/2023, upon entering the restaurant, we were instructed to sit where we wanted. We sat in an area that had a couple other parties and many dirty tables to be bused. After waiting about 10 minutes another couple came in and a waitress went right over to them and cleaned their table and gave them menus and water. We were invisible, no one came to our table, after having at least 3 of the wait staff walk by us several times, we were totally disappointed, and we left. We will not be eating there again, very poor customer service.
