El Potrillo

We have eaten here numerous times and I have even had them provide the rice and beans for my daughter's baby shower. I tried all of the Mexican food places in town and their rice and beans were the best. Stopped in today to pick up lunch - carnitas tacos. So so yummy and they sent me home with a spicer salsa that was absolutely delishous. We have never had this particular sauce / salsa before and I am now addicted. Hoping we can purchase this at the restaurant for home consumption.

Oh Yum!!! I totally stepped out of my comfort zone away from my usual chicken Chimichanga and got an authentic Mexican bowl filled With chicken, shrimp, steak, peppers, whole roasted onions, grilled cactus & Avocados. It was huge and so good! My son had a chicken burrito and his was great too. I started with a jumbo margarita and it was delicious us too! Service was very good. Very friendly and attentive ! Restaurant had a nice atmosphere, very clean too!

Great experience! Very clean, great food (served super fast!) and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for some good Mexican food as they pass thru Savannah. Highly recommended.

Fantastic food, probably the freshest Mexican in town. But my most recent experience led me to drop my rating to 3 stars. While dining with my family, a worker on break was watching videos at full volume on his phone, making multiple FaceTime calls, and generally invading everyone's sound-space. Again, the food was fantastic, but if your experience requires serenity you're better off ordering take-out here.
