Chilaquiles

Chilaquiles is a traditional Mexican dish consisting of corn tortillas cut in quarters and lightly fried and seasoned with sauce of your choice, medium sauce or very spicy sauce. Choose the sauce: green (medium hot), red (hot). served with rice and beans.
