El Mariachi Loco

This is our favorite food truck in this area. We try to stop by every time we come here or drive through here. It's really good. Consider calling ahead to order as they are sometimes so busy it takes a little time to get your food. There's a little sitting area with shade where you can sit and eat or you can get it to go like we had to. Their chicken tacos are perf and even better with pico but don't need salsa verde to be awesome. I also really liked their tacos del pastor. They sell the smaller tacos here so I can usually eat around 3-4. The torta I got was delicious but it was crazy messy and I actually liked it better without the top bit of bread. The quesadilla reminds me of the ones I used to get at El Rancho Grande, my favorite homestyle Mexican restaurant before it closed down. Good memories. What a joke! Seriously pay an extra $4 for Birria consume when it's already cooked in it? I've ate a 2 separate mexican places and asked if they charge extra for the consume and they looked at me like I was crazy for asking such a silly question! I knew I was getting ripped off but we were already there. I ordered a Torta milanesa and that was not good. Hardly any meat. Way too small for the torta. Ended up throwing it away. Don't waste your money! Takos Borukas in Jackson! So much better for good prices!

This has quickly become one of my very favorite places in Jackson. Most places, you will pay double the price and it will only be half as good. This place will seriously make you wonder why you eat anywhere else. Highly recommend the steak or shrimp tacos. I usually do two steak and one shrimp. They have three salsas available, and I do the spicy one. Has a kick but not super hot. Gives a nice little punch to the steak tacos. They also do fiesta fries (think nachos, but fries). We get the chorizo ones and it's loaded with queso, sour cream, lettuce, pico, etc... Definitely a huge serving and more than enough to split between a few people! Although everyone picks up their food and takes it elsewhere, they do have two small tables to eat at if you can't wait (aka me!). I've eaten tacos all across the country and this is hands down one of the best. Always hot, fresh, and incredible taste! Definitely check it out!

WOW awesome tacos. The place to be for tacos. My buddy and I stopped by here while we where in Jackson. The flavor of the food was awesome and it comes out hot (not spicy). There is a small sitting area and plenty of parking. I can see myself coming back here many more times as we drive through.

I grew up with a lot of Latinx, and I quickly got addicted to Mexican food. This is the best food I've had since moving here. There are large portions, and everything tastes phenomenal! I try to come by at least once a month, usually 2-3 times!

I love food trucks! We tried all they tacos they make and were not disappointed! We will be back for more. Great cheap eats and plenty of food!

This food truck has amazing, authentic Mexican food! The chicken quesadilla is the best thing on the menu in my opinion! Definitely try both their mild and hot sauces, both are amazing! Call in orders are really popular here also!

WowIt beats out a lot of the socal spots I've been to!!! I recommend the birria ANY way!! Especially the dipping "sauce" he puts rice and hominy in the sauce so it's more like a light FLAVORFUL SOUP!! In love.

I hope that every one see's how you treat your customers and how you have exposed yourself to be evil business. I placed order for Hawaiian quesadilla. Picked up order and noticed that quesadilla was over powered with mayo once I bit the food. Called back to let owner know that it was unpleasant. Owner started yelling at me and would not let me speak without being extremely combative and aggressive. Owner hung up. I went back to location to speak with owner about receiving a refund. Owner refused to refund me, cussed me out and called me bitches, and put his hand up to my face threatening to slap me. Police were called. Owner thought it was okay to attempt to physically assault me over a quesadilla. Owner tried to strong-arm me through intimidation. This business is evil.
