4.5 stars. This place is operated by the brother of Carmen who runs Plaza Grill Mexican restaurant in Goodlettsville. The food here is pretty good for vegetarians, but not as many options as Plaza Grill. Talking with the owner he wants to add more vegetarian options like his sister's place. We will see how quickly this comes to pass. Stay tuned. Food is pretty decent, prices are par with the ambience and overall good place to come.

My wife and I enjoy their tacos. We have them at least once a weak. Parking isn't the best, so I suggest you come earliest opposed to later because getting in and out won't be easy. Park in the designated parking areas and they come up to your window and take your order. I think it's pretty convenient for the fare skinned individuals who may find the area suspect lol. I think everyone should give them a try.

I just moved here from the Mexican food mecca of America, California. I was mourning the loss of any decent Mexican food when I decided to give this place a try. I ordered the Chile Verde and was pleasantly surprised. This is a simple dish and my baseline for any Mexican restaurant because its hard to mess up.I haven't had anything else there yet so I'm wary of giving it five stars off the bat but I may update this after trying a few more items off their menu..

My wife and I went here tonight with my stepson and as we pulled into the nearly empty parking lot we commented on how the parking lot is always almost empty. The food was ok - we'll probably give them a second chance sometime. The service was good - quick and friendly.

Pretty sad for generic Mexican food. Ordered hard shell tacos, soft shell, nachos and cheese dip. All the food was very bland and dripping with grease and other mystery fluids. Honestly if not willing to make the drive to Chuys or another Mexican restaurant out of town I would just pass while in Springfield. El Molcajete is slightly better but the service is awful. They act like you need them more than they need you. Taco Bell is Taco Bell. The one time I went the guy making food was dripping so much sweat you would be crazy to say none is making its way into your food. Best bet. Avoid Mexican while in Springfield.

The food is horrible...I'm Not sure what the Brown sauce is that they put on their food...but it's salty and odd. Much rather go to El Molcajete...better food and great service.

This Mexican restaurant is one of our personal favorites, we eat here on a weekly basis and the service and food is excellent. Best salsa and chips I've ever had, she salsa just tastes much better than every other Mexican restaurant I've eaten at. I get the beef burrito every time and it tastes just as good every single time. Beans and rice are also very good side with them, service is good and they care care of your needs very well.

We decided to give this place a try because our favorite place was closed. There was nobody in line waiting but we still had to wait several minutes to be seated. Once seated we waited several more minutes for someone to take our order but nobody ever came. So we left. The restaurant felt dirty but had quite a few customers. Needless to say, we won't go back here. First impressions mean a lot.

Blah, not very good at all. First (and last time) eating there. When we were walking in , we noticed The front door was in bad need of paint, figure that should have been a sign. The salsa almost seemed like they used rotten tomatoes and was terrible, chips were stale and seemed like they were out of a bag. Queso was pretty good, Tacos were good and the beef enchilada was decent. I had the special plate which included a variety of different things, didn't like the tamale, chili relleno or chicken enchilada. The waitress seemed to forget about us as we had empty glasses and had to wave her down to get our check. We try to eat at local restaurants and see which ones we like and which ones we don't. We do like and recommend the Jalapeno Grill in Guthrie Kentucky as we live in Adams.
