Edit - Hendersonville

Visiting Tennessee for the first time and this is the first restaurant/bar I visited. Really sad to have to leave a one star review because the place looks so cool and nice on the inside but the bartenders have really bad attitudes and were incredibly rude to me and my family. They pretended not to hear us, gave us lukewarm coffees and then when we asked to have our coffees hot the bartender acted like it was our faults and threw a fit. Bottom line is We felt very unwelcome from the very beginning.Other than that, if you are okay with rude bartenders and really poor service the place is actually really nice on the inside.

Have not tried the food yet but sounds good. Bartender was fun to talk to and the service was spot on. Since it Hallowern week, the music sound was what you would expect.

Cool place. Although terrible service. Haven't tried the food but the coffees are mid and came out Luke warm. Owner should hire better staff who are welcoming and friendly. This place has awesome potential but I would not return due to the service.

Relocated from LA and have been in Hendersonville for 1.5 yrs. I have to say in my opinion, this place has the best vibe in town. The atmosphere is Palm Spring 1960s, think Mad Men.. the drinks are incredible and the service was awesome, genuine down to earth people. I'm really surprised by the negative reviews and hope this place does well because we desperately need it in this town!

As a local... I WANT to like this soooo bad. I want it to do well because there's nothing like it here. However, the owners need to open their eyes to the disaster they have on their hands. It's horrible the way they are letting this place be run. The vibe is incredible. Very cool and moody. Great trendy spot for Hendersonville. The drinks are also great.... But you will have to wait 20-30 mins for it. The service is terrible here. You don't get greeted for at least 15 minutes and then your drink takes another 20 minutes. Tonight we came in and it was pretty busy. They only had TWO servers/bartenders for a full restaurant. We sat at the bar and bartender greeted us and said it was going to be awhile for drinks because they were understaffed. It took 20 mins to order and then another 15 after that to get ONE of our drinks. Two of us ordered red wine. We waited for 20 mins before she told us that they were out. After now waiting here for awhile we decided against getting anything. we overheard one of the girls say she can't bartend, only make food. That is insanity to have only ONE person here that can make drinks. THIS IS NOT THE SERVERS FAULT. The owner was called to come send them help. These girls were cooking food, making drinks, serving tables, running checks. It was a full restaurant. Get rid of the food or SOMETHING. Your business is suffering because you're having your servers AIRFRY French fries and mediocre food.

My wife and I have been here a few times and we really enjoy it. The drinks are always Excellent! I've never been in there when it's really busy tho. We always seem to go at off peak times. I read all the other reviews about the service but I've never had any issues!

Really unique establishment. Great ambiance and unique bar selections.Faith and John were very energetic and hospitable. Wet friendly and warm environment.The Tapas were great as well.We will certainly be regulars now that we've found Edit.!

This place is over priced and over rated. Went in for drinks a few weeks back and the drinks were very expensive and only about 8oz. I just saw they now make frozen drinks and my wife would love that but unfortunately we won't go back to pay their prices. Went in for breakfast burritos and I ask for no cheese. They are not made to order. They are already premade and wrapped in foil. Then reheated. The burrito was $13!!! $13 and it was a tiny burrito, made with 1 egg. Possibly 2 but seriously doubt it. I know the rent must be high, but maybe if prices were a little lower they would get more business.

5 stars. Especially for Hendersonville. Can't say enough good things about this place.
