Eatbox

Wonderful :-)) On the scale of 1-10 in the food truck category, I easily give it an 8.5.I was able to eat from Eat Box food truck during Louisville, Kentucky's 2014 Forecastle. Eat Box has some great innovative twists on plain boring food. For instance, one of the fry options is spiced and then loaded with grape tomatoes. They seriously stole my heart (and filled my stomach of course).I was actually sad to see that Forecastle is only inviting back Kentucky based vendors for the 2015 festival. Hopefully I can catch them somewhere in TN sometime!!

I'm always looking for good food. I'm over the same food chains here in town and wanted to experience something different. I actually heard of the owner, he's a pretty well know chef here in town and I wanted to taste his creations. He creates and switches up his menu and it changes it up every time. Always something new, always something different and alway delicious. I'm never disappointed and always stalking to see where he goin to be stationed next. If u haven't tried it. You should !

Eatbox is a local food truck restaurant. They setup all over Jackson, TN. I had the opportunity to check them out on 16 October at the Jackson wine walk event. I had a shrimp Po' boy and some parmesan fries that sadly I shared with my wife. The food was great. Jonathan and his sister own and operate the truck. Do yourself a favor and stop and see them and help support local family business.

I had the pleasure of eating at this food truck today, while in Lexington, KY on business. I had the meatball sandwich and it was beyond good. i wish i could have caught them when they were opened for business and offering their normal fare, as today they were hired by my client - which limited what they had to offer.would highly recommend to anyone wanting a good meal - especially if you love food trucks.
