Eat at Eric's Grill and Catering

Very nice people but food lacked flavor. I got the chicken philly but it was like eating a vegetable sandwich. All I could taste was the lettuce and tomato.

I've had Eric's breakfast and absolutely loved my sandwich I could live off of it. But there's never enough good things I could say about Eat At Eric's. As everything you get will be of some of the greatest quality you can buy from a food truck. I have yet to try everything but will be trying a lot of the menu items in the future. Eat at Eric's is always guaranteed to serve you a guaranteed excellent dish with great customer service that has rivaled many other food trucks I have explored in the Memphis area. The one thing I'm dying to try and wouldn't be disappointed is the chili. How I'll have it idk weather with the fries or by its self either way it's not going to disappoint. But what I think I would order would be the burger and that Chicago looking style hot dog to go with my chili fries. The prices are reasonable and menu diverse. I'd recommend Eat at Eric's to my family and friends. I enjoyed eating at Eric's. The food truck was at a fall festival for the YMCA... we had such a great time there, so we decided to try this food truck. Both of the people that own the food truck are very friendly and the food came out quick and fast. We had a barbecue nachos and a couple other menu items from there. We just couldn't stop going back. We had the hush puppies, and then we had the cheeseburger hoagie.. we enjoy our meal to the fullest. They served good size and ample portions. When we see them again we were definitely go to their food truck in enjoy more of their menu food items. So this one was a good one!

Had this food truck for the first time tonight at my workplace. Everything on the menu looked so good that I couldn't decide. The grilled chicken philly was awesome! Hope to see them back again

Doesn't deserve even one star. They are overpriced and have no customer service. The menu says chips come with the sliders but they don't. You have to pay $8 for two Krystal size burgers and no sides. Chips and fries are extra. The hush puppies are $2.50 for four. I asked if they would sell me a single piece of catfish to with my pups and the price jumped to 8.50! $6 for a 4 oz piece of catfish is ridiculous. So I told her I'd just get the hush puppies by themselves and she still tried to charge me $8.50. So I said it again that I only wanted the pups and she slammed the kiosk on the countering front of me and said 2.50 and then started arguing with the cook behind her. I was in front of my coworkers. I was not being rude. I simply asked if it was possible to order that and it escalated after I only asked for the pups without the catfish. To top it off they were rude to two other of my coworkers. One of them didn't even eat there because of it. The other one had already paid. They got here late and we're not prepared to feed a group of people. That's their issue which probably made them stressed out. Maybe spend a little more time preparing and your business would run smoother. Thanks but not thanks mr Eric. You can keep your catfish and the silver hook you caught it with buddy. Good luck.

Food Truck - I feel bad leaving this review because the service was very nice but this was one of the worst food experiences I've ever had. Of the three chicken skewers I got, only one could be deemed "warm". The other two were almost cold like they hadn't even been heated up. The one that was warm was indirectly salty. The ranch tasted like mayonnaise and the yellow rice was bland and oily.

They are overpriced! You have to pay $10.50 for a Patty Melt - that doesn't even compare to a patty melt that you can get at Sonic or Waffle House. The patty was very thin and half done (pink). Fries did not come with it, you had to purchase them for $4.50 extra. Very disappointed with the service period.

I tried out their Veggie Burger and it was scrumptious! There are limited options available in Memphis when it comes to Veg Burgers. But Eric's Grill Veggie Burger is a must-try for all vegan people out there!

They are severely over priced, lacking in customer service and unprepared for a crowd. They want to charge $4 to add fries and a drink to any order. When most of their entree's are $6-$8 already, adding $4 for fries and a drink is ridiculous. The only reason that I bought from them is I was running late for work and didn't have time to make my lunch or go out in town for lunch. I will make sure never to make that mistake again. The food is decent, but not worth the price.
