East Wind Chinese Food & Sushi

The shrimp and lobster sauce was very tasty. The dumplings were delicious. Fried rice and sweet and sour chicken were delicious. I'm not sure if it was MSG, but I had an immediate reaction after eating. Sweating and shaky with rapid heartbeat. I don't think I'll try it again, unfortunately.

It was your typical Chinese food. The wonton soup was delicious but the Garlic Beef was lacking seasoning. They seemed busy so maybe they have other items that are better than others.

Absolutely horrible. Do yourself a real favor and keep on driving. Nice people. Dirty restaurant. Plastic utensils unwrapped in box for people to reach in. Lady at door nice. Making dumplings never washed hands handled my credit card after its been everywhere in olive branch and Memphis. If you ready there good luck. We wull not be back.

This place was decent. Probably won't go back but it was better than most places. Spring rolls were tiny and mushy inside. The broccoli and beef was very good. House lo neon was decent. Huge portions. Ready in 20 minutes.

I may be ordering the wrong things here, but I can't find anything that tastes good and makes me want to return any time soon. I've been here two or three times and I wish it was better because I really dig good Chinese food and cannot find a good source near my home. The soups are without much flavor or essence at all. It's strange, it's like they are cut with water to the pint of almost being that, just water. The fried rice was yellow, like Indian Food with saffron, yellow but still had no taste. The shrimp were low quality and snapped in your teeth when you bit into one. The Lo Mein was actually good the first time but fell right in line with the rest of the food on subsequent visits. The cream cheese won tons are the best thing they have, but even they are just folded in a triangle and fried flat. It's like they aren't really trying to be good at what they do!The girls up front are nice but seem more interested in homework than Restaurant work. I heard them quoting and hour and fifteen minutes for a delivery last time I was there. They were not busy enough for it to take that long. They won't deliver to my house, they take forever for pick up orders every time (30-40 mins), and it's always empty in there. Probably not returning...

So far, I'm not impressed. The website lied abt my pick up time and when I arrived my food wasn't ready. But there were people coming and ordering food for pick up who got thier food before me! The girls at the counter were NOT nice

Amazing experience for quick Friday night takeout. Ordered online with no issues and arrived at the restaurant and found my food waiting for me. Love that they're still doing just takeout and encouraging masks--made me feel safer. Sushi was great, and my dad enjoyed his traditional egg foo young. Definitely will be ordering from here whenever we want egg rolls & dynamite rolls!

If I could give a negative star rating, I would. I ordered the sweet & sour chicken combo to go....requested no onions (I cannot eat them) and paid for extra egg in the fried rice. From the photo attached, there are only a few specks of egg and several bits of onion!!!! I called to let them know that my order was not right. They did not offer to re-do my order....they offered to take money off of my next order. So, I said to the person that I spoke with, I can only get a discount on my next visit for a mistake that YOU made???? Nah, I won't be coming back!!!!!

My food is delicious EVERYTIME! And they are ALWAYS soooo nice!! And the big plus is they allow u to load your own bag with the condiments and eatery

The food was AWFUL! I today ordered from this restaurant through GRUBHUB because I was craving hot and sour soup and ended up also ordering the shrimp rolls, shrimp low mein noodles and the hot and spicy shrimp. The hot and sour soup was flavorless, it literally had no flavor. The shrimp low mein had a scorched taste to it and the hot and spicy shrimp had practically NO SAUCE, it was practically dry! I am on a quest for good hot and sour soup in Memphis. Any suggestions? I had some from China House last week, which by the was was delicious, but they were closed during the time I placed my order (3:00 pm). Needless to say, I should have waited. This was definitely a $55.68 bought lesson. Note to self: Read the reviews before ordering!
