Outstanding knowledge and service! Jim and Shari are equally knowledgeable and willing to explain everything. They got me a better price on a new high end video card than any online store and WAY better price and installation charge than any other brick and mortar service group that I asked. They had the part in store and replaced it for me while I waited (about 1 hour). I will definitely use them again. They couldn't stay in business for over 27 years unless they were honest and knowledgeable.Terry

Called 3 other places prior to calling Dr Osdick's and boy am I glad none of those 3 answered. Amazing customer service, friendly, responsive and accommodating. Brought my P.C. Into their store The Tues. before thx giving 2020 and picked it up the next day. Not being the most Tech savvy person I left feeling confident in their diagnosis and repair which was later confirmed by the performance of my P.C.
