Fun, upbeat Aussie pub with great food. Everything from meat pies, salads, butter chicken, charcuterie board , Aussie rissoles, fresh catch and more. I have been here a few times and needed to write a review for this great place. I've had the truffle hummus and salad, both delicious. I've had the tabbouli and naan which was fresh and delicious. I've had their fresh catch - also cooked and seasoned deliciously. Servers are friendly, fun, knowledgeable and great! Cute and cozy place right on Main St. Will be back!

Great hidden spot! Food was wonderful and so unexpected. Waitresses are sweet and knowledgeable about the menu. Don't miss the Spiced Pear Mule - 10/10

I was passing through Tupelo and found DownUnder via Google, and I'm *so glad* we chose to eat here. I'll begin this review by stating that I would honestly have rated it 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that none of the servers/bartenders were wearing masks and the tables were really close together considering the times.That said, my partner and I shared the mac & cheese and tabouli appetizers and they were both awesome. I ordered the Aussie Rissoles for dinner and he had the Peaked Pie - while they were all yummy, I think I would have enjoyed the regular meat pie more, and he definitely liked the rissole portion of the Peaked Pie better than the pie itself. This is all just preference, though, as the meat pie has a filling with a tomato-based sauce and the rissoles have more spice and are served with a gravy.I also enjoyed my drink, the Cosby Sweater, which was very light and slightly sweet - my perfect kind of drink.Service was very friendly and timely. I'm guessing they weren't flaunting any sort of city or state mask requirements, but ya know, in these times and all, places that are able to remain open setting an example by requiring their employees to wear them would be a big plus.

Great vibes upon entering! Love visiting local spots and this place screams "Cheers":Everybody knows your name . Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The owner, staff and regular patrons displayed the southern hospitality the Sipp is known for. Do not sleep on this cozy, yet chill spot. Can't wait to come back.

We had a great experience checking this spot out on a recent trip. The charcuterie board was unique-salty fried pork belly, some sweet preserves, pickled items, olives, great cheese and naan. Wine pours were generous and a specialty cocktail made to perfection.

This is a pretty cool little bar. The Irish Mule changed the way I will drink that cocktail forever! Do yourself a favor and get the roasted mushrooms as an appetizer.

I had a decent drink, but the service was slow. I can't speak to the food. Relatively cool environment.

AWESOME BAR!My favorite and regular Friday/Saturday night watering hole. Great bar food, awesome staff, amazing owner (Chris is an awesome guy!), and always a game or movie on the TVs! The New Year's Ever parties are alaways a blast and off the hook! Bartenders are amazing and the drinks are fantastic! Tasty, affordable, and a great place to be!I usually get the the honey habanero hot wings and roasted mushrooms, and sometimes the macaroni and cheese, but the menu is also packed full of other great items. Low-key and very friendly with great service even when it is packed and happening with live music going on.Definitely recommend if you are in the area!
