Don Don's Hot Wings

We ordered a burger with onion rings and hot wings with a side of fried pickles. Everything was delicious! Even the koolaide was made right!The burger was juicy and super flavorful, made exactly as ordered and even the bun was perfectly toasted. The onion rings are homemade and seasoned well. The hot wings were big, cooked well and had just the right amount of spicy sauce to be good and hot but still crispy. Celery and carrot sticks are included. The fried pickles were also homemade with a crispy, seasoned batter. The guys working there are super polite and my food was done about 15 minutes after I placed my walk in order. It was all so fresh that it was still hot when I got it home. I'll be back!

I'm a Doordash driver. I'm sure their food is great but terrible customer service. Very rude clerk - lady was curt and argumentative... To me. Might have been cause I'm white. They also took an inordinate amount of time making the food. They ran out of fish which was in one of my orders and they tried to cancel that part without telling me nor the customer. When they finally had made what part they did have, they just told me everything's in there and I'm good to go (I didn't open it up and check because of covid). Drove all thre way out to the customer and she's like... Wtf?I had to delay my other delivery and drive back to the store to figure out what happened. If you like good wings but don't mind waiting forever or dealing with rude people or poor communication, go for it. Not for me though, thanks.

This is one of my favorite go to spot for wings! I have never had a bad experience with my food or service. This explains why they have been around for so long. They always have specials going on for a reasonable price. So, if you have a huge appetite or if just needs something to carry you over they have something for everybody. The restaurant is always clean and the owner is always welcoming when you come in. You can pick up or dine in. For your convenience, they have TV's and an old school arcade area.

Delicious! I was in the area picking up sum fragrances and decided to get hot wings. I have a funny actin stomach and if chicken isnt cooked certain ways, I will get sick. Like immediately. But, I decided to try'em. I order my wings fried hard with sauce on the side. N seasoned fries. I like the krinkle fries with seasoning and that's what they have. Not those seasoned season fries. It took about 30mins, but my order was exactly as ordered. It was so good. Whenever I'm out there, i will definitely stop n get my wing fix. I forgot to snap a pic, looked so good I was trying to eat.

They are price gouging with their prices. I will NEVER patronize this establishment ever again. 10 wing combo $30 plus tax. Doubled the previous menu price.

Terrible. Ordered when they had JUST opened & my chicken was slimy & made me very sick. I am still sick. I honestly don't advise anyone to eat here. It used to be really good. Not anymore!

I'm not originally from Memphis, but whenever I'm here we stop by. I LOVE that these are whole wings served w/ celery + carrots and they have a unique selection of sides including: spaghetti, fried okra (my favorite- seasoned to perfection!), macaroni & cheese and a few others. The only thing that keeps me from giving this 5 stars is that each time we call in we're told 15-20 minutes, but we always end up waiting longer. All in all, I love this place!P.S. Good but not great wings. I called ahead an order and still had to wait a long time for lunch (total of 35min from call in). I was shorted a wing as well. The decor is very basic but clean. They have NFL Sunday ticket there. The wings were well cooked (9/10) but the hot Sauce was thin and sparse despite me requesting extra wet. Flavor was pretty good but I've had better. Nice vinegar tang. Hot isn't very hot. The honey gold is a nice thick sauce. Very good flavor. The fries are BLAND... Even the seasoned fries are just a shake of dust over normal crinkle fries. Staff and customers were pleasant.

The first thing I wanted to do, was get wings today before I relax at the mall. And this place rocks. You can depend on this place to give you excellent customer service and hot crunchy but tender in the inside wings. That oozing with the right temperature of hot sauce just to your liking. The fries are on point as well just add a soda. And your good to go. Here is a tip tho don't get the food to go. It will get soggy and that's no good. Some food you simply can't travel with.

They have been consistent as long as berm coming here which has been 20+ years. I remember when the owner would sometimes work in the kitchen or take orders. Every once in a while we all have a bad day but the customer service and quality of the food are consistent
