Don Don Hot Wings

I called my order in and it was supposed to be ready in 15 min. We still ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes. The order included a barbecue turkey leg, wings, okra, and cheese sticks. Only 1 of 4 cheese sticks contained cheese. The others were completely empty. The turkey leg had an unusual taste to where we couldn't even eat it and the wings were dry. Not to mention, we were given the wrong flavor. This experience was completely unsatisfactory. The food wasn't worth finishing unless we wanted a terrible upset stomach. Won't be back. This was our 2nd experience like this at this establishment. Very disappointing. Only giving 3 stars because the okra was decent & the staff was kind.

Food is always on point. My wife's from New York and is a bit of a wing snob, but this place always makes her happy

The service and food were good! Stopped in town to drop off some furniture for my daughter and they recommended the visit. On point and will return for some of that cake I saw.

This is a "Bartlett staple"... so I hear. Ordered to go for pick up. Bone in and boneless, crinkle fries, carrots and cucumbers come with combos. Hot is good, honey hot is great! Very saucy!! Also very affordable prices! Call in to order pickup. There is no online ordering with a website...maybe I'm wrong but I don't think they have a website.

Oh my God; worst experience ever! I order the smoked sausage combo and was very disappointed. First of all it is served on a hamburger bun. I was surprised; I asked about a hotdog bun but the cashier stated that is how they make the smoked sausage. If I had of known that beforehand I would not have ordered it. My fries and sandwich were cold. The sausage was three little strips cut very thin. It looked like they took one half of a smoked sausage and cut it three ways. SadVery disappointed with my meal. They also charge a 4% fee for non-cash purchases. There is a sign tucked in a corner; it should be hung on the window or a wall perhaps.

This restaurant is a -0 double -0 I just spent $30 for some overcooked or re-cooked dried out over sauced wings. The only thing that was edible was the carrots don don is done I'm done. That was my first time and my last time you live and you learn and I am done with don don when I saw the guy that took my order I should've then turn around and went right back out the door.

Best wings in Memphis, expensive yes. But worth it, yes. Gifts get honey gold duh. This area has Isabella's for Italian, change house for Chinese and don don for wings. Great area

I had an amazing experience with their special offer. For just $6.80, I got a 3-piece meal (leg, wing, thigh) in my chosen flavor (honey gold), along with fries and a drink. The portion was so generous that I couldn't finish it in one go. If you dine in, you can enjoy unlimited drink refills. Although I didn't eat in due to being on my break and the presence of flies, the staff were very friendly.

Don Don's on Bartlett Blvd played in my face 2 days in a row.... Food wasn't up to par yesterday. So I decided to give them another try today, placed my order went inside to pick it up and it wasn't ready. Get my order, you know before we pull off we have to do a little taste test. I took a bite and the chicken was cold my fries were fresh though. I'm like ok I'll just warm it up when I get home but this voice in my head kept saying naw Whitney you paid your money your food should be fresh. I go back in with no attitude. The elder lady says what's wrong I explained to her that my chicken was cold. She stated that it was just made I told her she could touch the chicken and see that it was not fresh. She takes it to the back a few moments go by she comes back and say here you he remade it check it before you go. I open the box it's steaming hot but it's the chicken the same chicken that I had bitten off of. I said ma'am this is the same chicken here is the one I bit off of. I guess Mr Don Don himself older guy comes out the back what's wrong with the chicken it's hot feel it.. I explained to him that it's the same chicken I bit off of. I said if you don't want to remake it you can just give me a refund. He proceeds to say "I'm not giving you nothing you got your chicken you can take that and get out of here I paid too much money for that chicken" as if I didn't just spend my hard earned money. At that moment I was livid I wanted to wring his neck like a chicken instead I left the chicken on the counter and walked out the door. I was embarrassed and felt insulted. You took my money, played in my face and then talked to me crazy and I never not once got out of character.
