Don Chuy's Mexican Grill

Stopped by here on a whim when in the area from nearby Clarksville. I don't get to have Chilaquiles very often because I haven't found a spot in Clarksville that serves them...so when I saw them in the menu, I jumped on 'em. They were every bit as good as I was hoping them to be. Well seasoned beef with fresh guacamole and pico de gallo. Yum, yum! The rice on the side was tasty too. @prophiphop was right when he said, "Chilaquiles and In-N-Out will be served in Heaven.". If you're ever in the area, give this place a visit, if you frequently visit them and have NEVER ordered the chilaquiles, I hope you're happy with your life.

Always friendly and always tasty. The parking lot speaks for itself. I have almost never seen it not totally packed.

This place is amazing! We drive 30 minutes every week to eat here. We found this place when we were renting and keep coming back. The food is GREAT! Prices are good! You walk out full. The people are great.

Don CHuy's is doing something right. They have an attentive staff, and great food. My partner's chicken chimichanga was spot on, and my shrimp caliente was awesome. The margaritas were a tad on the weak side, and the salsa was reminiscent of canned tomato sauce, but it was spiced well, so no real complaints there. The place was hopping for a Tuesday evening. Keep up the good work, Don Chuy! We'll be back!

Wanted to know what all the hype was about, since they just recently opened. Charlotte is such a small town, so a Mexican restaurant is a big thing.When we pulled up there were a lot of cars in the parking lot. Walked in and were immediately greeted and sat.Ordered beers and were brought chips and salsa. Different kinds of salsa, without even asking.Couldn't decide what to order, but once I saw the nachos that were brought to the table across from us, I knew that was what I wanted. Was NOT disappointed. Huge portion and was really good.Place is a little out of the way for us, but next time we drive through we will stop.

We love Don Chuy's! It's our favorite go-to for Mexican food around! Good food, with excellent, fast service!

There aren't a lot of dining options in Charlotte so I was glad to find this place. It's your standard small town Mexican diner and the food here tastes as you'd expect the food at such a place to taste. The service was friendly and the prices are very affordable. The chips are fresh and not too greasy, the salsa is fresh tasting but could use a bit of bite (thankfully they have good free housemade hot sauce). And really, you can't beat the price of their lunch time fajitas which are hot, fresh, and you can mix chicken and steak and still eat about as cheap as you can (or cheaper in some cases) than you could at a fast food spot.

Great Mexican food!! They have fresh jalapeños if you ask! Very kind staff and cooks, always very polite and never keep you waiting for chips or drinks!!

Looking for good food at affordable prices? This is the spot! Everyone in my party said they enjoyed their dish. Great service as well. Come give this place a try, I think you will be pleased.Oh! Give their mango margaritas a try....yum!

The ambiance, staff, and food here are the best in the area. This place is very clean! I have been to other Mexican eateries in Dickson and Charlotte, this is hands down the best with authentic flavors. Our server Eduardo gets five stars because he was a very attentive server, we were a large party of more than 15 and he was able to get everyone's orders perfectly.
