Rude employees slow service, I would give no stars if I could. Will never be back. I've lived here for 12 years and Dodges is in a very convenient location but after the way I was treated by a Ms. Sandra, I will never give that establishment another penny

It's my first visit since they remodeled the store. I was curious to try the pizza. In hindsight, I wish I hadn't. The staff preps the crust by baking it a couple of minutes. Said crust is filled with fresh toppings when ordered. Then the pie is cooked for 2 minutes (for a small 10" pizza). The taste was average. The sauce on the bitter side for my palate. The service was prompt and courteous.Considering the amount of beverage choices available, it's an ideal spot to hydrate. Food wise, if you are desperate and in a hurry, it's a quick fix, but not at the top of my list.

This place was absolutely horrible. I was intentionally and knowingly overcharged and I had to pay because this was only available place for delivery close to my work at the time I needed the food delivery. Combos come with a fountain drink but they do not deliver the fountain drinks when doing delivery for someone. They said this is because health code and cannot transport open lid drinks. I was fine with this and asked since they would not deliver the drink to take the price of the drink off the combo since I know the drink is included in the price of the combo. They would not take the price off and told me there is no way to ring it up. I told them it was not the right thing to do to charge someone for something they would not be receiving and they said they can't do anything else. They offered a 12 cent discount but that doesn't really help because it's not the price of a drink. Nothing else was offered and I was charged almost 2 dollars more intentionally even though I was not receiving the drink. I have already filed a complaint with BBB about this. Also, the food was so greasy it could pose health risk. I mean dripping through the box greasy...like severely. My portions were small and I was paid a lot for my meal. A lot is 17 dollars full total but my portions were so not worth the 17 dollars. Then when my food arrived they forgot the roll which was an additional 50 cents worth of food as advertised on the website. The driver told me that they have a list at Dodges of the food that is to be taken out and with my combo a roll is not on the list for my combo.....but it is on the site. I have not had this bad of experience some place in quite some time. I actually feel ashamed I gave these people my money. This really was my only option as I work in a bad area and no place will deliver except for this place at the time I needed it. 1. Too much money for small portions2. Purposely overcharged me3. WAY WAY TOO greasy4. Did not get 2 items I paid for!5. Never AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have no clue what the other two people are complaining about but I order from Dodge's often. It's not because of the food (but it's better than all the other delivery places in olive branch) but because of the customer service that they give each and every time.

The cashier stated that wings are definitely fresh. So I ordered a 12 piece wings and only two was fresh. The rest of them was straight garbage. Now, they refused to answer the phone.

I have given this place to many chances. I used to go a lot even though every time it's super greasy. 0 stars if possible. Also, it's extremely dirty. Never going there again.

Dodge's pizza tastes good, but it's not worth the terrible service with the pizza staff!This is the second time that I have ordered a pizza and the order was wrong. When I matter-of-factly pointed this out to the guy at the pizza counter, he made it a point to show me what was printed out on the pizza box. Obviously, the person who took the order put in the wrong information. This guy should never work with customers because he gets upset when something is not correct and wants to argue like it's the customer's fault. I told him to just refund my money and he told me to hurry up and get out of "his" store. This guy is a detriment to your business and I'm sure this is not the first complaint. Good Luck!

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. The service is terrible. I went in to order salads from the pizza dept. I stood there patiently waiting on someone to take my order. All the while staff see that I'm there as they walk back and forth while looking up at there order menu screen, not one time did anyone ask if I needed help. So there was a cashier that called for the next person in line, I told her I wanted to order two salads, she said I would have to place that order over at the pizza register/side. I said I was trying to make the order, but they acted as if they didn't see me. The cashier then told me.." You know it's hot back here and you know what they say a closed mouth doesn't get feed.." I'm standing there like are you serious..that day could have went all the way left, but I refuse to let them ruin my day..I left and said I would not be back. I will not beg for you to service me and I will spend my money where it's appreciated..they are so rude. They will not have to ever worry about me stepping a toe in that store ever again.
